Thanks, Lynn. Isn’t it telling that we never forget the misery of it.

I finished listening to
The Family Gamemy review

Thank you, Michelle & Viki! And, yes, I’m grateful for the man I married. We are best friends💜
Viki, I’m sending you all the positive vibes to ace that interview!!! Fingers crossed 🤞

You got it!

Thank you, ladies. Hubby just loaded our pantry with cranberry juice, Gatorade and soup.

Thanks, Shelby. Still issues but at least the chills and body aches are gone.

Thanks, Sharon. I think it’s a combination of both.

Well, a nasty bit of intestinal flu descended on our household, beginning with hubby and then to me. I’ve been down for three days and today is the first where I’ve felt human since Monday morning.
It’s been many years since I’ve dealt with this (at least ten) and it’s as awful as I remembered.

The mini-cliffhangers at the end of each episode make it hard to stop :)
Suffice it to sa..."Yeah, that’s what happened to me. Hubby binged through the first five!

That does sound like fun, Sharon!

I finished it last night and it was excellent! It’s the kind of series you know you’re going to watch more than once.

Thank you!

I watched all but the last episode yesterday (had to turn over the remote to hubby) and loved every minute of it! Hubby came in five minutes into the first episode and normally what I get is a couple of minutes before he wants to turn. He sat there through the entire episode, mesmerized. He had to leave but admitted he liked it.
I couldn’t wait on him so I plowed forth. Turned when he came back because he’d missed all the other episodes.

I just watched the documentary about the man and the Octopus his teacher (can't recall exact title); it was wonderful, absolutely fascinating!"Charlene, if you recall the name, let us know. I’m interested.
Michelle wrote: "Has anyone watched Queen Charlotte yet?"I’m watching today. My cousins are raving about it.

Well, I got hubby to agree to watch one episode of
The Diplomat and he was so hooked he made me stay up with him to binge through the entire season! There’s so much political intrigue that’s fascinating as it is international, set in London. The characters are well developed, too. Can’t wait for the second season.

I reread that article about the sundowning of Overdrive and learned that the reason it’s staying around is because Libby doesn’t accommodate MP3 players. So! I’ll continue to be able to listen to books on my iPhone as the application will continue on.
