Here’s the promo language. They were careful to not say romance:

Watch it through the end and judge for yourself. Hubby, my resident historian, watched the first episode with me and stated that, at that time, they had no definition for his mental illness and because there was so much secrecy around him, it would be difficult to diagnose today. That treatment he was provided? Probably consistent with how mental illness was approached in that era.
There’s a lot that’s lovely about this story but there’s even more heartbreak. I highly recommend finishing and then form your opinion.

Seven Girls Gone by Allison Brennan, Quinn & Costa #4, and this one kept me edgy from start to finish.
