Michelle, the promos only presented funny moments. I thought the same thing, too, until I started it. Very happy that it’s more substantive.

That explains it. These series do a great job of blending humor, romance and mystery, which is probably why you like the In Death series.

FYI, I started watching because of Milo, too, but now it’s because it’s a great show with an outstanding cast. Love that they’re featuring a deaf character. Makes me want to learn sign language.

On an unrelated note…

I started watching The Diplomat on Netflix and was loving it but paused when I heard it ended in a cliffhanger. Not to worry! Just heard that it’s renewed for season 2.

Well, it is the plan. Here’s an article explaining that they are shutting down May 1. I’m not quite certain that means we won’t be able to continue using Overdrive; we just can’t download the app anymore.

I just downloaded an audiobook onto the Overdrive app on my laptop without issue. I believe it will continue to work for the foreseeable future.
