I finished reading Deadlocked (Sookie Stackhouse #12) by Charlaine Harris and started reading Clockwork Prince (The Infernal Devices #2) by Cassandra Clare. I'm also starting Speak No Evil (No Evil Trilogy #1) by Allison Brennan.

I'm so excited! I went to the local used bookstore today and got See No Evil (the only one I'm missing from the trilogy) and the first 8 books in the Lucy Kincaid series for less than $20!

This is the last book in the series and I keep putting it off. Guess I don't want the adventure to end.

I started 2 new series: The Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare and The Harbinger series by Jennifer L. Armentrout. I will definitely continue both.

3. Did you move forward in any series? How many?
No

4. Any standout or 5 star books read? Why did you love it/them?
I really enjoyed Clockwork Angel (The Infernal Devices #1) by Cassandra Clare, 5 ★. The new characters were a refreshing change.

5. Overall summary of your reading month?
I could have done better. I only read 3 books. I don't know what happened. But the good news is that I'm still on point for my yearly goal.

I finished reading Bone Music (Burning Girl #1) by Christopher Rice and am now reading The Evil Queen (The Forest of Good and Evil #1) by Gena Showalter (a Netgalley ARC).

After a month and a half I finally finished reading Bone Music by Christopher Rice, 4 ★ (only because of the ending). Here's my review.


I am now starting The Evil Queen by Gena Showalter (a NetGalley ARC).

It is, but not in too much depth. Tessa is given it to read. I own it and the book made me curious. It should be a fairly quick read for me.
