The night was young and damp from the rain that had fallen most of the day, and a young woman, appearing to be in her early twenties, roamed the sidewalks pleasantly, a small smile on her face. This was her favorite part about Earth - the smell of rain. Other planets had their own types of rain, but this was just...ah, it was just the best, the most calming, the most- She shivered a little in her large navy blue hoodie. She wasn't cold, really, just chilled suddenly. Now...where to go... She turned a corner and spotted a small diner. Milkshakes! Another Earth favorite. Still smiling, she went in and sat at the counter, ordered her chocolate milkshake, and waited.
