I think that will work for me. I just got a message that the book come in for me to pick up at the library. They are closed till Tuesday, because of the holiday. And so I will need to get moving faster in Canterfell!

My next class, The World of Agatha Christie doesn't start until early March. Already working on updating my last session, though. Lot's of changes in that world since last year.

I still haven't heard from the library about the availability of mine

I am just a few chapters into this, but BOY is this Wodehouse-ian in style. I am a big fan of Wodehouse, so I'm enjoying this so far.

I have Canterfell and will start it today. Thanks for starting, Nicole!

I have Canterfell. Not Twelve.

Are we going ahead with Canterfell Codicil? If so, I will start reading.

I was afraid to get on the scale, after not weighing myself since October. Well, I dared to on Jan 1st and weighed exactly the same. Whew!

THe Canterfell Codicil is $2.99 on Kindle. I guess I could swing that!

Yes, exactly. The sheriff seems perfect. Too perfect? Well, we'll have to find out!

Happy new year! I never got very far at all with resolutions, so I'm making none.

I finished the other day. Time is flying by and I have been quite busy. I guess I sort of picked the culprit, though I have some issues with the motive.
SPOILER
When someone is given a grant, that is seldom the end of the story. There is usually some tabulation of the expenses toward the grand, not to mention follow up interactions. I don't see how that could happen without giving the whole show away.

I got a feeling the relationship will be a constant battle of trying to tame Holly.

I am fine with waiting on Twelve. I may get it from the library by then!

I'll try to finish up today. Not much left!

I don't have any idea of when I'll get the book from the library, so when we are ready to start, I'll get it on Kindle, if necessary. Sound like the rest of you are delayed as well, though...

I'm almost done, but I still have no idea! It clearly seems tied up with the grant at the restoration group, though.

I'll request as well. If it comes in, it comes in! Under new lock down rules, I can just hope for the best.

Holly IS getting a bit testy about the Sheriff all right. He seems perfectly reasonable and her pluckiness is now getting wearisome. I could see it somewhat if this was not the first book in the series, and she had shown some abilities in crime investigation. But not now.
