Yup, heart murmur and high blood pressure for my mom and I both. You might check your blood pressure Jill. High BP may keep you from sleeping.

125752 I'm late to the party so all I can add is my agreement for everything said.

I started super early and was period free by 47-48. Same as my mom. you can always check ages with your elders.

Symptoms DO get better but don't completely go away. In my case, I simply got used to some of them like the hot/cold - never normal anymore. Getting up to pee at night. Not being able to sleep some nights - my solution for that is audiobooks which keep my mind distracted/occupied while I toss and turn. A glass of wine helps with the sleep but brings on the hot flash. 🤷‍♀️

Jillie it's just part of growing up (prefer not to use the other term). I also hate going to doctors but with all this wonderful advice, I still want to remind you that getting a medical opinion or two is always a good idea. Remember that doctors can only 'suggest' a treatment, no one can force you to take medication or do anything else you don't feel comfortable doing.

Big hugs!

I'd be heading right back to that vet. They did an xray, an ultrasound but not a blood test?

Can't they do a blood test to verify pregnancy like they do with people?

125752 Pick Me Challenge!!!

1. Create a new shelf or update your existing shelf on your bookshelf that includes approximately 20 books that you would like to have someone use to pick a book for you to read. Books will only be selected from the shelf you choose.

2. By the end of the month, post in this thread that you want to participate and provide a link to your Pick Me shelf. (If you've participated before, I already have your link and you don't have to re-post it.)

3. On the first day of the month I’ll use the randomizer to pair up everyone.

4. Friend your partner who is picking for you or set your profile to public or your partner will not be able to access your shelf.

5. You have until the 3rd of the month to post your selection for your partner in this thread.

6. Come back after finishing the book selected for you by your partner (even if it's after the month has ended) and let everybody know what you think about it.

Sign up period will remain open until the end of this month.

Lucky you. We got a work from home day today but I'm sure we'll be in the office tomorrow. It looks like the light layer of snow melted off even with the low temperatures.

Amy those temps are unbelievable! We'd lose all services here. Power, water, maybe even gas. You guys stay safe!
