I think I'm about 2/3 of the way in too. But I'm loving it as much as the first one. For me, the narrator brings the story to life.

Goodness Claire, that is really a housefull. My niece was due on the 27th, but he came early on the 18th.

I'm still debating offering to cook Christmas Eve dinner. It'll just be me with my daughter's family but like Cassandra's mom, I'm not a great cook so I always worry the food won't turn out right.

I look at groceries I've bought for years and notice prices 2-3 times higher than I used to pay only a couple of years ago.

Me too Stacy. I'm finishing wrapping today and one more grocery run either tomorrow or Saturday. I did take a nap. Don't know why I'm so tired.

I'm not too far in yet, but man, the story is still so good!
