I just got my audiobook library loans. I'd started another audiobook yesterday but I don't know if I can wait to start this one. *reader dilemma*

I agree with Jill and Claire. Set your boundaries and do not engage.

My in-laws are like this. He's a sweetie but she's a narcissistic witch. My daughter and son in law stopped engaging with her. Unfortunately, that meant not engaging with his dad too. But the dad's advice/help is always "just ignore it" and some things are too hard to ignore.

Seems to that if you let them know ahead of time you may move in a few years, then when you do they shouldn't be surprised.
