123355 Well, I'm pretty sure Georgia wasn't in it again until Love Bites (MSTV #6). She did an article then about vampires and humans being friends so she definitely knew that Olivia knew. My guess is that she found out when Olivia passed the Blood Test then did a small article in Vamp magazine, but it just wasn't mentioned in the books.

123355 Hey hey! Here's our thread for discussing what might happen in a fifth My Brother the Werewolf book. As far as we're aware, there's no plans for a book five, but you never know, and I thought it'd be fun to come up with theories and stuff anyway.

Although this is a NON-spoiler discussion, there will likely be spoilers for the first four MBTW books below, so watch out! Also, if you're from the future and you've read this book, please don't spoil it here! We'll have a spoilery thread up if our dreams of a fifth My Brother the Werewolf book ever do come true! In the meantime, let's talk about the possibilities of what this book could be like...

123355 Cool, you'll have to let me know how it all happens. I literally just reread that book and I still can't remember!

123355 Oops, accidentally posted my comment before it was finished. :D

Yes, definitely, the covers on books 1 - 4 were my favourites. I agree they were really true to how the twins were described and everything. I think all the covers are nice though - I'm glad they kept the basic theme and layout instead of doing a complete cover change. THAT would have been a crime!

Aw, thank you! You're awesome too! :D

123355 Lol, Sophie I can't believe you just went and bought it even though you can't speak German! Can't really blame you though - the temptation of an illustrated MSTV is too much! (omg wouldn't it be so disappointing if it turned out to just be the COVER illustrations it meant when it said 'illustrator')

Hi Lz! I love your excitement about MSTV and MBTW! Welcome to the group. ;) No, as far as we know the 18th book doesn't have a title yet (I have been checking obsessively for it to appear on Goodreads!). Aw, sorry you haven't been able to read book 17 yet. Hopefully you'll be able to soon - it's so good!!

123355 T. Town (Franklin Grove and Pine Wood are towns!)
Feb 22, 2016 12:00PM

123355 I'm sure both would be awesome if Sienna Mercer did them, but I've gotta go Shakespeare play. I'm a giant Shakespeare nerd... it was awesome in Lucky Break (MSTV #7)... I can't even. Oh, I hope it wouldn't be one of the tragedies though - that might be a little dark for Sister the Vamp!

WYR have be editor of the My Brother the Werewolf books, or cover designer for the My Sister the Vampire books?
Feb 22, 2016 11:56AM

123355 OK, I'm going to give you Gregory - it was actually Gregor, but you know, only one letter off. ;)

123355 Debi's mum???
Feb 16, 2016 01:34AM

123355 OK, I don't know if this counts as a character but the only thing I can think of is Lucky the horse?
Feb 16, 2016 01:33AM

123355 Good guess, but again not right. :D
Feb 16, 2016 01:32AM

123355 Ooh, I know, was it Debi?
Feb 16, 2016 01:32AM

123355 Yes, it does. You can look it up if you want, this is a hard one.
Feb 16, 2016 01:31AM

123355 Ah, I see where it tells you the language now, thanks Fran. I agree I think I'd still want to see the pictures even if they might ruin what I imagine (which let's face it is unlikely). It'd be so cool to have an illustrated edition of MSTV!

Thank you Sophie! I know, it is weird. ;)
Feb 16, 2016 01:26AM

123355 Lol I bet this is Daniel talking about Debi.
Feb 16, 2016 01:25AM

123355 Omg I didn't think about that - Jackson as president would be hilarious!

I might be getting this wrong but I think Vamp magazine did the article before ASHH came. I think both events took place in Revamped (MSTV #3) but Georgia's article was first, and that was one of the things that made ASHH suspicious? They didn't have proof that Olivia knew though because Georgia didn't even know she knew... wow this is getting complicated. I think most of the vamp community found out when Ivy and Olivia started being in all the papers - particularly Vamp magazine. Remember that thing with that Vera girl who didn't approve? That was in Revamped. I guess ASHH were just slow on the uptake or something.

Ooh, I hope there's an interview with Georgia at the back of the book like there has been before, but this time with Jackson in it. That would be soooo good!

123355 Thanks, Fran! Where does it tell you what language they're in? I was trying to figure that out for ages, lol. Yeah, I thought that was weird that they changed Ivy's name and not Olivia's. I'm kind of in two minds about the pictures. It'd be really cool to see what they look like but I wouldn't want them to be rubbish and mess up what I imagine it all to look like in my head. :D

123355 Hey you guys! I've just been looking at the different editions of the MSTV books you can get in different countries and here's a couple of them:

Ben O, O Ben (Kız Kardeşim Vampir, #1) by Sienna Mercer I can't be sure but I think this one's in Italian and the translation of the title is 'Or well, or well'. This seems a strange title to me but it looks kinda cool. ;)

Allerliebste Vampirschwester (Lucy & Olivia, #1) by Sienna Mercer I don't know what language this one's in but I think it's my favourite of the covers of the translated versions. They've done quite a few in the series in this edition and I love seeing the different outfits Ivy and Olivia are wearing compared to the ones they were on the original covers. I think the fifth book's my favourite of the ones I've seen so far: (awesome boots!)

Ein Vampir kommt selten allein (My Sister the Vampire, #5) by Sienna Mercer

The interesting thing about these ones though is that Ivy's actually called Lucy in these versions. I'm guessing this is because ivy has a different meaning in that language or it's not really used as a name or something. Cool that they decided to change it to Lucy, though. Also, in those editions there's apparently an illustrator, so it looks like they have pictures in too. Pretty cool I thought.

123355 I think Camilla would be accepting of vamps because she knows Ivy, Sophia and Brendan so well. She'd probably think it's cool because it makes the possibility of aliens more likely. :P She might be mad that they'd never told her before though, thinking about it.

I agree I don't think Olivia's parents are on the verge of discovering the secret themselves or anything but I just think that's really messed up to tell your boyfriend and not your parents!

LOL the vamps think Jackson would taste good! That's a theory I guess! I actually just reread Take Two (MSTV #5) to read up on what Ivy was thinking when she thought Jackson was a vamp and this is the quote that's mentioned in:

Ivy scanned the screen but the search results didn't list any hints of possible vampness - only sites like 'Top 50 Bite-able Humans', which put Jackson at number four, and 'Vampires for Jackson for President'.

Next to the president thing you could be right actually that it's a positive thing. I don't know, I think it could be either.

They didn't tell everyone about Olivia - when her and Ivy broke into ASHH agencies ASHH kind of guessed she knew and came over to their house. Given what it said about Jackson having what it takes to pass the tests in the teaser at the end of Spooktacular, I think that if he does find out he will have to do them. I guess as he's a celebrity it's more of a big deal that he knows. I'm guessing Vamp magazine would want to a big article on him and such so from that the officials would no doubt guess.

123355 Yes, that was right!
