121177 I just finished reading the first book by a new author. Spirited by Mary Behre. It was good. Very interesting, and set in this area.

121177 I'm reading Killer Frost, the last book in the Mythos Academy series by Jennifer Estep. I've enjoyed the whole series, and am definitely putting them on my keeper shelves.
I love audiobooks for long trips. The best ones I've ever heard are the Harry Potter series, the narrator does an incredible job with all of the different voices.

121177 I finished reading At Grave's End and Destined for an Early Grave by Jeaniene Frost (and bought the next two). I'm waiting to pick up the last book in the series on my trip. I'm also reading Drop 10, in hopes that it helps. I've given up on Team of Rivals though, at least for now. Not sure what I'm going to read next.

121177 I finished Halfway to the Grave as well as One Foot in the Grave, which puts me at 53 books read. I am currently reading Concealed in Death- the new J.D. Robb, as well as am continuing to work on Team of Rivals. I've also started reading Drop 10, about 30 super foods that are supposed to help boost your metabolism.

121177 I am currently rereading Jeaniene Frost's Halfway to the Grave, and will probably work my way through the series. There are several series that I enjoy reading, but have lost track of the new books as they come out. I hope to reread them and then get caught up.

121177 I'm still working my way through Team of Rivals, but I've just finished reading the books based on the TV Show Castle (Heat Wave, Heat Rises, Frozen Heat). I'm now reading Dark Lover by J.R. Ward, and just checked out the new one The King. I'm also thinking of checking out the Game of Thrones graphic novel and reading that for this month's mini challenge.

I've started Team of Rivals also, and am finding that it is slow going. I'm not reading anything else at the moment, I think I've hit a slump, although I've read 36 books so far. Nothing at the moment peaks my interest. Maybe it's the weather. :)
121177 I want to try A Team of Rivals. I've seen the movie, and have heard good things about the book. Winston Churchill's books about WWII are also on my to be read list, so I might try one of those.

121177 I'm currently (re)reading Naked in Death by J.D. Robb. Over the weekend I read Fifth Grave Past the Light by Darynda Jones and The Princess, the Dragon, and the Frog Prince by Elisabeth Waters- a series of linked short stories. Both books were very good.

121177 I finished both Catching Fire and Mockingjay over the weekend (and not much else), and loved them. Can't wait for the movies of Mockingjay (I've already seen Catching Fire twice). Amazing books.
I'm now reading Divergent, and enjoying that too. :)

121177 I'm rereading The Hunger Games, and will then read the other two in the trilogy (for the first time). I've seen Catching Fire twice, and an curious to see how the book is different from the movie. After that, I want to read Divergent, before the movie comes out.

121177 I love Fantasy. My favorites include: David Eddings, Mercedes Lackey, Tanya Huff, Fiona Patton, Jeanne Stein, Jennifer Rardin, Sherrilyn Kenyon, Laurell K. Hamilton, Patricia Briggs, Anne Bishop, Kelley Armstrong, Sylvia Day, and of course, Tolkien. :)

121177 I'm reading The Paris Vendetta by Steve Berry. I just finished And Only to Deceive by Tasha Alexander last night.

I want to read at least the first book before the movie comes out (or I get to see it).

121177 I'm reading The Venetian Betrayal by Steve Berry. So far it's very interesting. This is the 3rd book in the series, and I'm enjoying the mysteries.

121177 I'm reading Simon Winchester's A Crack in the Edge of the World: America and the Great California Earthquake of 1906, fascinating so far. He also wrote Krakatoa: the Day the World Exploded, August 27, 1883.
