1176148 That sounds scary Carolien, stay as safe as you can. I know lots of people who have been testing positive recently but thankfully none of them have been bad with it.

1176148 Since the start of the pandemic I have only hugged one person who lives outside my household.
I don't shake hands either at the moment - we were at an exhibition with work at the end of September and some customers/potential customers were very quick at offering a handshake. I just apologised and said I wasn't doing that at the moment, they took it ok.

1176148 Business people have been on our news saying it'll increase confidence for people to go to shops, restaurants etc. Personally it will make me less likely as I think a lot of people will behave stupidly. Social distancing hasn't been mandatory here for a while and I notice a lot of people don't keep their distance. I will be continuing to social distance and making informed decisions about where I go and the level of risk there.

1176148 In NI our health minister has decided to end all legal restrictions (except self-isolation if you test positive) and the rules will only be guidance. This is despite NI having the worst infection rates in the UK. Personally I don't think it's the right time for these changes...

If someone looked at my bookshelves they might worry about me

That's good to hear about The Stranger Diaries. I love Elly Griffiths Ruth Galloway series. I have some of her other books but haven't read them yet

I think that might be my favourite Harry Potter book. Although I do love them all, it's hard to choose a favourite

I enjoy the Harry Hole series although I do agree with popular opinions that the Oslo Sequence books are better than The Bat & Cockroaches
