And yes, may he live to be 120! I wanna check out his son's writing too.

I think SK did a good job with Abra and the parents. I, too, was afraid that Abra's character would be weak and whiny. She was just so young. But she was pretty awesome. The parents didn't really suck or get in the way of everything, either.

Anyway. Bitchgirl chapter. Hilarious. Abra is pretty bad ass for a teenager. I was worried she would suck.
The familial tie has been revealed. I think we all figured it would be there.
"His face was covered in flies." And we know what that means. Noooo. A few flies and there was still a chance.

And now, "Don't bother coming to me, Rose. I'll come to you." FUCK YES.

Ready to start part three. Matters of Life and Death.

For me, Dan and Jack just went and dug up the baseball mitt. Abra got a psychic hit on The Hat.

Wtf happened to the Kingspert?

Stay away from the woman in the hat, Honeybear. She's the queen bitch of castle hell. If you mess with her, she'll eat you alive.

"Cassel comes from a shady, magical family of con artists and grifters. He doesn't fit in at home or at school, so he's used to feeling like an outsider. He's also used to feeling guilty; he killed his best friend, Lila, years ago.
But when Cassel begins to have strange dreams about a white cat, and people around him are losing their memories, he starts to wonder what really happened to Lila. In his search for answers, he discovers a wicked plot for power that seems certain to succeed. But Cassel has other ideas and a plan to con the conmen."
