It was a well reported agony casting Harry the first time around.While I would put John Lithgow as one of the greatest actors of our time, I think JK’s original rule of an all British cast had merit. This is could be some strange woke dumpster fire.

It reminded me of Avatar, the sentient alien forest welcomed humans into their ecological balance but was always ready for threats.
He doesn’t look like superman to me. I haven’t watched a Superman movie since the Routh disappointment.

It was startling to see it in film. It was a great book but I thought it would be too sad and narrow for a film.
