1137814 What’s a book that you feel you’re one of the last to read? Is it also a movie or tv series?
1137814 Books 2-4 of the ‘Daughters of Eville’ series by Chanda Hahn have less than 1,000 ratings on Goodreads. If you are interested in this series, I know of at least 2 categories these can fit into! If you like a twist of fairytales that involves the princesses being anti-heroes, then you should check these out!
1137814 I think that if my friend gave them a chance, she might like the ‘Daughters of Eville’ series by Chanda Hahn, as the princesses really start out as anti-heroes! I will be reading the 5th book for this challenge that comes out sometime this year.

1137814 What book have you read about art or an artist? Is it fiction or nonfiction? If its about an artist, do yo know who?
1137814 What book do you think that your best friend would like? Have you recommended it to them?
1137814 What book have you read with less than 1,000 reviews? Is it a newer book?

1137814 I had to look it up lol. Magical realism is a style of fiction and literary genre that paints a realistic view of the modern world while also adding magical elements.

1137814 ‘Chain of Gold’ by Cassandra Clare would fit here, and it is a series that takes place before Mortal Instruments and after Infernal Devices. I ended up really loving it! The next book ‘Chain of Iron’ comes out this year so I will probably use that.

1137814 ‘Of Beast and Beauty’ by Stacey Jay is a mix of dystopian and fantasy/fairy tale! It is a beauty and the beast retelling that takes place in a futuristic dystopian role of Yuan. I really enjoyed this book!

1137814 ‘The Raven Boys’ by Maggie Stiefvater is a series I’ve wanted to read as I loved her ‘Wolves of Mercy Falls’ series.

‘Wuthering’ Heights is also on this list, and it’s a book I’ve always been interested in reading!

‘A Separate Peace’ by John Knowles is also on this list and I know I had to read it in high school but I honestly don’t remember much.

1137814 ‘Into Thin Air’ by Jon Krakauer is a book about Jon’s experience on Mount Everest.

‘Game of Thrones’ by George R. R. Martin follows the kingdom of Westeros as multiple families vie for power (these books are good, but very detailed and very long!)

‘Holes’ by Louis Sachar

‘Jurassic Park’ by Michael Crichton is one I might read as I have not yet!

here’s a list from Penguin Random House https://www.penguinrandomhouse.com/th...
1137814 Queen of Shadows by Sarah J Maas, which is book 4 in the Throne of Glass series.

1137814 If you have not read anything by Sarah J Maas, I will send you a picture of my bookshelf! I love this author so much, and her ‘A Court of Thorns and Roses’ series is one of my favorites of all times. I re-read it yearly, and the 4th book is coming out in February!

1137814 Renee Ahdieh is a brilliant author and has a few series. Both ‘The Wrath and the Dawn’ and ‘Flame in the Mist’ series are so good! I have heard that her ‘The Beautiful’ series is not as good, but I really enjoyed the other 2 series (I say series but it’s only 2 books)

I think that they are referring to if the book includes a family tree page? Like in ‘Clockwork Princess’ editions by Cassandra Clare they have the family tree inside the cover. Or sometimes authors will put a family tree in the beginning where a map might be or at the end because there are a lot of family members.
1137814 ‘Children of Eden’ series by Joey Graceffa would work here as he became famous from YouTube.

1137814 I am a Gemini, and both Rick Riordan and Chris Colfer are as well! Chris Colfer’s ‘The Land of Stories’ series is so good! He also has a new series that I haven’t read so I might fit that in here. And Rick Riordan has his Percy Jackson series, and tons of others.

For a list of famous geminis look here, and it will tell you if they are an author/writer

1137814 Personally I love audiobooks now so I listen to them quite frequently. I thought that I would hate them and at first I only listened to one series as audiobooks, but I had an hour commute one way last year and audiobooks became my best friend! However I am a fast reader and always listen to them at 2x or 2.5x if available. Anyone else like audiobooks?
