I think there are a lot of books you can put here: series wise could be Harry Potter, Divergent, Maze Runner, Twilight,Hunger Games, ACOTAR, Throne of Glass, Percy Jackson. (These are mostly YA)

Should I also have a shelf briefly describing which book category it is in the challeng..."Hi, yes I typically post the weekly check ins near the end of the week. And I think as long as you remember which category the books go to you don’t need another shelf. I know I printed off a copy of the printable list to keep track.
I am currently reading ‘Ashes to Ashes’ by A. Lonergan. This story follows Cinderella and Prince Charming’s daughter, in a life that s not what it seems. It also has under 1,000 ratings on Goodreads.
So honestly I read books in all formats (regular novel, ebook, graphic novels, etc) and listen to audio books via audible and Libby. For this one I am going to listen to a play away, which yes is technically an audiobook but I’ve never used a play away before! I’ve check out Renegades by Marissa Meyer and will be using that.

I got one book finished this week, which was ‘Kingdom of the Wicked’ by Kerri Maniscalo, and I used this a book set in a restaurant because the main character has a family restaurant that she is in for a lot of the book. 1 book behind with my regular challenge - I kept starting books this week and didn’t have time to finish any. So here’s to a bit better next week!

Never...) only count adult books and I’m definite..."Omg if I couldn’t do YA I would never finish a challenge! I love the YA/NA genre and yes I do count them.
Augusta wrote: "People keep telling me there are trackers in the goodreads group, but I can’t find them. Help?"On the website (not mobile app) you can sign up for the challenge with this group. You will then create a separate bookshelf that you add the books to, and as long as your book was read this year it will be added to the challenge.
I read ‘Kingdom of the Wicked’ by Kerri Maniscalo. This primarily takes place in their family restaurant Sea and Vine. It also features 3 generations.

Christina wrote: "Does it mean “artist” strictly as someone who paints, etc or can artist mean an actor, musician, etc?"I would think that it could be any artist, because they don’t specify what type of art either.
Tonia wrote: "I would like to read Girl, Woman, Other - any thoughts on where it may fit in? Thanks!"The overview says that it includes multiple generations including mother and daughter, if it also includes grandma you could use it for that one!
It was short listed for the Women’s Prize, it did not win.
I think it takes place in Britain? So it could be somewhere you want to visit in 2021.
For this first week I read 2 books! Which being back at school I’m pretty happy with.First I read ‘Crazy Stupid Bromance’ by Lyssa Kay Adams, which is the 3rd book in the bromance book club series (which I HIGHLY recommend. They are hilarious yet still have a pretty awesome romance to read about. This also fit into my category of a TBR book i got for free because I got an e-book from my library.
I also read ‘Bookish and the Beast’ by Ashley Poston, which is also a 3rd book in the series Once Upon a Con. I also love this book, it is a beauty and the beast retelling with a great modern twist. I also used this for a TBR book I meant to read last year but didn’t.
How’s everyone else’s first week?
I have a bookstagram! It’s @highladyreviews and I am also on Facebook.I mainly post reviews right now, but am working on creating a podcast! I do review ARC’s as well for some book blitz tours (I’ve done quite a few for Helen Hardt). My previous handle was dystopiannovelsfanatic so it was geared more for dystopian, but it’s broadened and includes a multitude of books. I also post my books I use for the PopSugar challenge as well.
Does anyone on here have a bookstgram? Or a page on Facebook? Drop your @ down below if you want people to check out your page! What are your main types of posts? Reviews? Promotions? Do you also have a podcast? Is your bookstagram geared toward a specific genre or series?
‘Bookish and the Beast’ by Ashley Poston. A great spin on the beauty and the beast story! And it is book 3 of the Once Upon a Con series.
