(uh, there aren't any trees here, but there's plenty of charred rubble) inglades felt weak, his chest steadily trickled blood. he drew his sword, walking out alone into the street
inglades felt a sudden wave of energy hit him, nauseating him with it's sheer evil. "take cover!" inglades screamed, dropping behind a pile of rubble as a huge red, scaly form flew over them, holding a flaming whip in one hand, a sword wreathed in flame in the other
(they're still within the city's walls, in the haunted streets) inglades looked out to see the streets deserted, at least by the living. the same spectral eyes that had greeted them into the city were watching them now
they reached the doors through which they had entered, and exited into the empty streets. (i assume everyone is there)
cin looked at the sith, feeling anger well up inside him as he saw him. with a flash of green light, cin's saber struck him
the woods were calm, serene, quiet. the night breeze wafted gently through the trees, the leaves rustling. with a loud pop, dalamar materialized in a clearing out of thin air, leaning heavily on a tree next to him. his chest hurt, and he knew that the white-robes would come up wit ha spell to fix him. he walked down a dirt path, taking him towards three towers set in a triangle pattern, one white, one red, and one black.
inglades gestured to the dark figures, only partly there, cloaked in tattered black robes and carrying the same pale swords. "we have to go now "
inglades looked down and paled visibly. his eyes clouded over in thought for a moment, then he shook his head. "let's get out of here"
inglades got up to his feet, feeling only a slight sting in his chest as he hauled himself up. "we should go"
"by the gods, what just happened?" inglades asked weakly, reaching for his sword. then his location struck him. "run! get out-" then he looked around, saw the shadows in the dark corners, but not daring to move in.
(by the way, in solamnic, est sularus oth mithas means my honor is my life, just thought it was something to be mentioned)
"est sularus oth mithas!" he cried again, standing, despite the excruciating pain it caused him. he had sworn to get the others out of here, and by the gods he would. he swung his sword with a weak limb, but it flashed white as it hit the wraith, dissipating it.( i keep going back and forth with inglades...)
(i think he should die here... i don't know, i like inglades, but he should at least be able to die)
inglades executed a perfect attack, slicing neatly into the warrior's throat. a moment later, he felt a searing pain in his back, and a wraith's sword stuck out from his chest
