"I certainly do, my friend." dalamar said, pulling out a dried leaf from a small pouch from his belt and handing it to sindelian. meanwhile, inglades excused himself from the room, running out into the night air
dalamar took sindelian inside, setting him down near the fire. he then drew out a vial of liquid that glowed a pale blue- green.
inglades dragged sindelian's body to the base of the tower, where he was greeted by a strangely familiar black robed elf
(thanks mate, lol) inglades stopped, walking to sindelian. he tore off part of his shirt and used it as a bandage, slowing the flow of blood out of sindelian's body.
inglades ran after erica into (i think) the woods with his sword drawn, reasoning that no one should be on their own wit demons (apparently) running around
"Well we don't seems to have to much of a choice here, do we? I mean, if we don't accept his help, first, we can't really find the others, second, we'll probably face the demon's wrath alone. He'll certainly send his drones after me, probably both of us after your actions, and I don't want to fight him alone. I will accept the aid of your order, Lord Sindelian."
inglades was about to refuse, but changed his mind at the thought of facing the demon lord in combat with only a wool jacket for protection and an iron sword as his only weapon. "very well, sir. it seems i have little choice, unless you object, erica?"
(noah, this is the kind of behavior that gets the roleplay nowhere. we have to move it along.) cin woke up, help in a small cell in darkness. when he regained more of his senses, he felt that he was upright, held against a wall by his arms and legs. a darkly robed figure entered the room. it wasn't the same sith lord he had fought, but cin knew it was a sith. (there. i took the story into my own hands, at least with my guy)
"is something the matter?" asked inglades. "I should go back. i swore to stop the demon lord, and i will to the best of my ability."
inglades walked slowly through the haunted city, feeling a great weight lifted from him as he left the tower. he knew they were being watched, but if the enemy reacted too late, he and erica could escape
inglades felt the chill of the unnatural place, being dressed in only his dark tunic with the crown sword and rose emblems of his knighthood, his wool breeches and his riding boots. he was beginning to regret this mission, though he was certainly glad he had met everyone, except Anubis and Eragon perhaps
inglades held erica for a moment "thank you. my sword and armor i fear are beyond my ability to recover. alas! Anglachel, light of the north had served me well for all of my quests." he took the iron longsword from the guard, holding the comparatively dull, crude blade with a measure of disdain. "let's go"
inglades stood up, walking over to erica. "my, with all the rescues today..." he smiled. "well, i would have preferred to remain here and not imperil everyone else, but i can't let your risk here be in vain either. let's go" he said
