Chargers/Astrakinetics - Can channel nearby electricity through their hands and the air to shock things

Psionipaths - Can create force fields

Technopaths - Are talented at creating and tinkering with gadgets

Flashers - Can create spheres of light with different effects

Pyrokinetics - Can create and control fire

Conjurers - Can snap their fingers and make things they know the location of appear and disappear

Descryers - Can sense how much potential someone has for good and evil

Empaths - Can read people's emotions with contact

Gusters - Can manipulate the movement of air

Ok, I will have it done by today!

Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry. Half the time I don’t even get notifications so I miss a lot of stuff. I can still make him if you want me to?

“I think he’ll say yes.” Melody confessed. She had seen the look in Xavier’s eyes when he was with Fiona and there was no mistaking the love showing.

What? When did you ask me? I’m sorry, I totally didn’t see it...

Melody thought for a minute. She knew Xavier pretty well, but this was totally new to her. She sensed Fiona’s anxiety and spoke truthfully. “Xavier was never a very romantic guy. Before this, I would’ve said no, but now with you...” She trailed off.

Melody listened intently. Once Fiona was done, she flopped back in the bed. “Woah, I didn’t think Xavier was the romantic type.” She thought back. All those years they had been friends. And then when she thighs she knew him best, he unfolded a bit more and exposed a part of him she had never seen. A lovable part.

Melody giggled and bounced into the bed beside Fiona. “So, what happened in there?” She asked, a mischievous smile on her face.

Melody found Fiona’s bag and got her the clothes. “Here.” She said. Melody turned to Ash. She took a wet cloth and wiped away a small trickle of blood on her cheek. Other than that, she seemed ok.

Xavier lovingly took her hand and gave it a squeeze. Then he turned around. “Fine Melody, I’ll make you a deal. You can have first watch, but I’m coming back and then I’ll take over, ok?”

Melody thought about it for a second. “Deal.” She said creating a whirlwind to push him out the door.

Xavier tried to resist the wind, but he was still getting pushed out. “I’m going to go take a shower and change.” He told Fiona. His hair and clothes were still crusty from the ocean water. “I’ll be back soon.” He promised and Melody pushed him out, closing the door.

Hey, cool! Melody’s blind too! Maybe they can hang out and Melody can teach Lara how to get along without sight and stuff?

Melody stifled a giggle. “For now.” She said, loud enough so Xavier could hear. Then she leaned down and whispered. “But you’re gonna have to tell me all about it later, ok?” She said to Fiona. It wasn’t really a question. Melody was going to get it out of them one way or another.

Melody sent a small gust of wind swirling around the two stuffed animals. “Nice...” She told Elwin, smirking. She took the stuffed Moonlark and snuggled it up beside Ash. Melody moved over to Fiona and bent down to hug her. “You don’t have to ask, I will always accept your hugs.

Over in the bed beside them, Ash’s breathing slowed down. A look of peace fell over her and she slept.

"Well?" Melody crossed her arms and tapped her foot impatiently.

Xavier's face turned as red as his hair. He didn't say anything.

Melody created a very mini tornado on his head, messing p his carefully styled hair.

"Hey!" Xavier shouted, trying to fix it.

Melody smiled maliciously. "So, what's going on between you two?" She asked Xavier and Fiona. "And don't be coy with me. I might be blind, but I'm not dumb."

Melody created a little storm cloud over Xavier's head, blocking his vision. "I'll stay with them." She announced.

Xavier waved his hands, trying to clear the cloud. "Nope. I'm staying."

"I will!" Both Xavier and Melody volunteered at the same time. They glared at each other.

"I am Melody Rain." She told him.

"And I, Xavier Thomas." He moved over to Fiona's bedside protectively.

Melody moved to stand in between the two girls. "Their names are Fiona Hanlon and Ashaya Elowan." She sold him.
