Did you know that the whole series is in one bundle? You know I figured you guys are on top of it, but I should tell you. Everything, even the shorts, are in one place, and 99c until the middle of next week or so.

A few notes on CODA, because I really locked shit down last night:

It's going up for preorder everywhere except Amazon.
WHY FOR THE LOVE OF GOD WOULD I DO THAT?

Well, there's the whole algorithm thing at Amazon you might have heard about. But, really, that's not the reason. I was talking to a couple of writer friends of mine last night and though I bemoaned the "preorder cliff" at Amazon, what really made my heart sink was missing live releases.

Yes, I MISS uploading my book and stressing out about when it will appear. I MISS talking to fans all night about when the book will populate. I MISS people realizing it's up and downloading it ALL DAY. I just miss the fun. And if you know me, you know I love shit that's fun.

So I'm doing a live release of Coda at Amazon because I want to party with you girls (and yeah, I just used party as a verb), and I want to stagger the joy, and because, like Jonathan, I'm a pleasure delayer.

On or around March 3rd, ARCs will go out digitally, individually coded by hand because if it gets pirated before release, I want to be able to accurately and publicly shame whomever did it. If I've met you in person, or have had conversations with you, you have a decent chance of getting one. If you've never reviewed my books 1-8 on your blog, I'm afraid I cannot give you an ARC.
Another note.

It's 2.99 for preorder at Apple, BN, Kobo, Google.
Once the preorders download on March 18, it's going to 4.99.

On Amazon, it'll be 2.99 the two days after release, then it's going to 4.99 on March 20.

If you've signed up for the fan release blast, the Beg hardcovers are a GO. But you're going to have to work for them, and prove you did what you were asked, because like I've said before, they are not cheap. My business manager thinks I'm nuts for sending hardcovers where bookmarks will do. But I owe everything to you, and when I ask you to put my book cover as a profile pic, I think I'm asking a LOT, and you deserve to be rewarded for your loyalty.
