I know, and I agree.
Also Declan.
I think 2016 is already spoken for though.
But I don't know. Maybe at the end of 2016?
That was the shittiest answer in the world, but it's all I have.

RULE
(Antonio)
(imagine the Italian accent)
“I don’t like too much talking,” I said, unscrewing the plate. “Too many words can be misunderstood. So if you say what I did straight, once, I can apologize and we can finish fucking. But you sit there behind that door then we’re fighting not fucking. This, I do not like.”
(poof of smoke)

I don't outline. I don't do a synopsis. I don't do a damn thing but start typing.
This has made my life difficult in ways you can't even imagine. I can't pitch something I haven't written in full, meaning I can't go out with partials, I can't sell pitches, and since I can't write two things at once, I end up committed to a project for months on end before I even know if it works.
Names. Jonathan is considered "not sexy enough" and Monica "reminds people of Friends" (true quotes from people)
Drazen...I thought it was sexy, but then I made Jonathan a redhead and the national origins of that name didn't work, so I made up the "O'Drassen" story, which wouldn't have happened if I outlined first.
I try to make at least one last name of a couple an American writer I love and respect. (I think this fell through in Perdition)
For the Drazen clan I tried to stay with old-fashioned Irish names. For the thing I may or ma not write next, it's Dashell "Dash" Wallace and Vivian Roswell.
Though, since I haven't started writing it, I don't know if it's going to fly at all.
;)

I'm sorry I was just visiting and realized I might have screwed you up.
I'm working with a publisher on part of this release. They're managing a few vendors and the print, while I'm managing Amazon and BN.
So, anyhow, they suggested I move it to the 18th, but when we decided to do that, blogs had already signed up for the 20th, so we decided to do a surprise early release, again for the 18th.
That's why I didn't tell anyone.
SO I uploaded yesterday morning (Because lord knows I can't do a damned thing on Sunday, I got up early to do it) Thinking it would take 12 hours, and if it took longer, I'd know in time to call my rep on Monday Morning.
Well, I've only done this something like twenty times. And it's never taken less than 12 hours to get an ASIN which, even if the page isn't up, I can build the link with it.
And, here we are. It took an hour. (rolls eyes)
So I'm sorry I messed up the BR date.
All in all though, I hope you like the book. It was a labor of love.
Now I have to get back to Antonio

What a great idea.
I'm going to give diana the next graphic....

Congratulations to Suzanne for winning day ones giveaway!! I'm pming you with details hon!!❤️❤️
CONGRATULATIONS!

Ps. Since this is ongoing. If you weren't picked today, I'm ..."

I love this picture. When I was conceptualizing the cover, this photo was totally one of the ones I was playing with

"
You did a great job! They get easier as they go!

"
Is this not the most fun ever?

(I think I got a bit blind after working on this pic!!)
"
I love what you did with the flash!

This is my first time trying something like this. But I don't think it will be the last."
It's fantastic! I love how gritty and sexy it is!

I'm seeing some stuff in reviews that aren't in the group.
As usual, THE MOST talented readers hang out in here!
I am SO EXCITED I cannot even, people.
I cannot. Even.

I want to drop you a quick note to say THANK YOU for your support during the release of Coda - it went really really well, and I'm so pleased at the reaction to a risky (again) book.
If you were part of the fan blast, and you have screenshots of your participation, email to ohiomommy23@gmail.com. If you don't, DON'T WORRY! We have ways of checking, but the screenshots just make it easier. Don't forget that if you want that badass hardcover, the Amazon review should already be posted. If you haven't posted yet, do it now and email Kaylee at ohiomommy23@gmail.com to just let her know. Life happens. We get it.
You're the most genteel, gracious fans in the business and I am proud of this group.
I'll be working on RULE next. And in the meantime, on April 1st, I'm doing a facebook party with three other authors I know you love. There will be some fun goodreads components, so I'll drop a link when I can.
Again, thank you!
