[close] Many of us love our books and would like to keep them in pristine condition. I know little about this subject, but would like to know what we can do to preserve and perhaps restore our books. EG, I have a signed paperback from the 50's, the acid paper days which I would like to prevent from decaying. How does one do this?

[close] Talk about the details that shape a plot—what we get wrong, why x wouldn't work, things many may not know that would drive an excellent storyline. READERS; Tell authors about the details that ruin a story for you when they get it wrong. WRITERS; Ask advice about what's possible and likely. Share what you've learned about how things work when it comes to key story elements; __Do lie detectors work? How are they used? __What can be learned from DNA on a scene? __How would a real space battle unfold? What weapons would work and how? ... stuff like that.
