[close] You may have discovered some changes happening in your body. You may be able to fly, shoot lasers from your eyes, change your appearance, or you are just really good at beating people up. Whatever the case, you know you can use these powers and abilities to help better the world, this is why we wanted to contact you. You are one of the select few that have been given the opportunity to join a new rank of heroes. You will be trained here at this academy and sent on simple missions to hone your skill. Of course, if you turn us down, you will need to be made to forget all of this.

[close] Society is in turmoil. Mutants and humans constantly clash, blaming each other for the world's mishaps and problems. There are the good mutants, ones who are passive, and treat humans equally. Then there are the bad mutants, the one who have turned on the humans. It's a constant sneaky war, with nobody able to get along with each other. No where is safe, with a group of humans called the Elites hunting mutants down. One by one, mutants are kidnapped, captured, tortured, killed. Their aim is to wipe out the threatening species, before they suffer in the hands of the mutants that have turned. Wether on the run or in the comfort of your own home, you receive a cream colored envelope with your name written neatly in someone's cursive. There is no return address and a purple sticker seal with a bold M. You rip open the letter, to find that there is a single sheet of paper with a short message. Dear Mutant, There’s more of us than you think. All around you. They could be your friends, your relatives, and even your classmates. The reason they're keeping it a secret you ask? It's just the same reason as you. The human world has become so harsh on us, treating us like lab rats or freaks. Soon enough, they'll decide to wipe us out because they think we're too dangerous. It makes the world unsafe for us to remain in hiding, so I'm inviting you to a safe haven for people just like you. You won't be alone at this school, where we offer safety and kindness to young mutants that are seeking help. If you want to be protected, join us here and finally be accepted for who you are. [close] Cherylin High is not an ordinary high school, there is something weird about it. The humans think it's a strange school and don't send their children to the school, and that is exactly why supernaturals love to send their children here, so they can learn to control their powers and can still live like a human. Cherylin High gives classes in supernatural classes like: flying, bending, shifting, etc. but they also give classes in the normal subjects like: history, PE, math, languages, etc. Cherylin accepts students who have known they have special powers for a long time, but also to the ones who just discovered they are not a human.
