[close] Banned Literary Dept. is a monthly book club hosted by Briar Road, where we vote on and read thought-provoking, often challenged books that inspire curiosity, dialogue, and foster a diverse community of readers and new perspectives; bridging the worlds of fashion and literature. Through the Banned Literary Dept., we aim to foster a community that champions creative freedom, challenges convention, and advocates for positive change.

[close] Mini Book Club Summer 2025 Every month, we will vote on a banned book to read or a controversial book. This can include any genre or reading format (Kindle/physical). Open to suggestions and feedback.

[close] This is the official #BannedAThon group. Both the readathon and group were created by Jessica from 'ADH-Dream' / 'Steam Powered Pixie' on YouTube. The idea was conceived in 2019; The main objective of this readathon is to read AT LEAST ONE banned book throughout the month of September! Why celebrate Banned Books for one week of September, when you can celebrate it for the whole month, instead?! Go big or go home!!! Xxx
