[close] Hi! This group is for people struggling with mental illnesses. Please don’t post anything graphic. This isn’t about forcing people to recover- it’s about supporting each other and ourselves. There is never “not enough time” or “not enough resources” for you to get help. We are all here together, gathered in one place. You can meet people here and know that they have also struggled (or are struggling), and you won’t feel so alone anymore. You’ll meet people who get you.

[close] My poems are about love, hurt and let go. I believe that paying attention to details and to our self, we can heal. Acknowledging and validating our emotions can make us to self regulate this emotions. I want the readers to feel the emotions I feel when I write my poems. Ando don't matter how strong this emotions are, we can let them go.
