Is There a Connection Between Technology, Fashion and Wellness?

What do you think about fashion and technology?

As I head to San Fracisco August 15th to sit on a panel of experts and leaders in the fashion and technology worlds, I am spending time thinking about how technology, fashion design, love of fashon, and wellness go together.

Clearly technology is everywhere, and in the fashion world, the more we have access to good technology, like the MyRunwayApp, that has the consumer in mind when they designed an app to help people who love clothes and brands find what they’re  looking for – I also know that fashion and wellness go hand in hand, and we have to be healthy and strong on the inside as well as beautful and fashion-forward on the outside.

Some of my interests in technology and fashion are about how can we use technology AND fashion to connect consumers with products and services that help them on the inside, too.

Can technology helps us help more people be healthy, and fashion-trending at the same time? What do yo think?

The new “My Runway” app uses real-time analytics to help fashion designers and retailers bring the latest trends to 100,000 consumers.
