This is my first book, and the first of the Model Life Series. I wanted my blog site to be a place to help my fans and readers connect with me and allow me to connect with them, to exchange positive, candid perspective and to offer support about being the healthy, authentic person we all have the ability to become.

Choosing to live a healthy lifestyle, and to pursue your dreams is not an easy journey, but it is the most rewarding one we’ll ever take.

Not a novice to the spotlight or the weight of other people’s expectations on my shoulders, I gained early notoriety from the world of high-stakes modeling and entertainment. I knew from the very beginning however that my life and purpose in the world was greater than an image on a page. My life has meaning, and much of that meaning has to do with helping others.

I am multi-cultural, have many talents and aspirations, and take what I experienced on my season 4 win from America’s Next Top Model as gifts which helped me ultimately write this book, and inspired me to share my inner-most thoughts and wishes with you.

In the end I wrote this book for you, because I truly believe that blending all our gifts and abilities in healthy ways is where magic happens, that every day is a gift to celebrate, and that we can do anything we set our minds to if we do so intentionally and with conscious purpose.
