Use the Tarot to Bring Love Into Your Life!

I’m always reminding people that the Tarot is far more than a tool we can use to peer into the future. It is one of the most powerful transformational tools we have at our disposal. The most popular question by far that our readers get asked is: ‘When is love coming into my life?’ Well, how about instead if using the Tarot to answer this question, you use it to create the result you are after? Yes, the Tarot really can help you manifest your goals and this simple ritual is designed to manifest romance – or at the very least the appearance of a hot romantic prospect!

You will need:

Your favourite Tarot deck

A nice piece of paper (not a sheet from that A4 pad you use at the office!)

A pen

Some sea salt

A green candle

Your favourite perfume or essential oil

A wine glass

Light the green candle. Pick up your Tarot deck and remove The Lovers card and set the deck aside. Contemplate The Lovers card for a few moments then place it face up in front of you. Take your nice piece of paper and on it write out as many of the qualities you are seeking in a potential lover that you can think of leaving a space at the top of the page. You might want to start with the major ones like available, honest, kind etc and then move on to other personal qualities that are important to you – anything from creative, hard-working, family-oriented, healthy, secure, stable – etc. Think about all the qualities you want in a partner but be aware that what we want and what we need may be two very different things! A safer bet would be to ask the Universe to send the right person for you or someone better than you can imagine!

When you have written down all the qualities you can think of, at the top of the page write down the date and ‘I now draw a potential partner with these qualities to me with the highest good for all concerned as my intention’. Now, place the card of The Lovers in the middle of the piece of paper and sprinkle the sea salt over it.

When you have done this shake the salt off into the wine glass and add either the essential oil or a few drops or sprays of your favourite perfume. Now, wrap The Lovers card in the paper and place it under your pillow. Next time you bath or shower use the sea salt in the glass and if there is still some green candle left then light this as you bathe.

Spend one night with both the card and the piece of paper under your pillow as you sleep and as you drift off continue to repeat ‘I now draw a potential partner with these qualities to me with the highest good for all concerned as my intention. The following day you may return The Lovers to the pack and place the piece of paper and the burned out stub of the candle somewhere safe and private where no one else will touch it. Obviously ensure the candle has burned out completely and is not warm before putting it away with the paper!

Now, keep a note in your Tarot journal as to what has happened in a week, a month or even over a six month period. Chances are someone who has the majority of the qualities you listed at the very least crossed your path, flirted with you, or even took things a lot further!

We all deserve to be loved and to love in return. We can use Tarot rituals to create magic in our lives and help us manifest our desires. It is a tool we can use to not only see the future, but to shape it as well. So work a little love magic into your Tarot practice and create your future today.

Quantum Creating Success: Seduce What You Want Into You Life!

Whether it’s more love, more money or just more of the good things that life has to offer – friends, experiences, a satisfying career – learning exactly how to attract what we want is part of our spiritual growth and soul learning. I always like to remind people that love energy, money energy and creative energy is all one and the same thing! In our astrology charts all of this is ruled by the planet Venus. Have you ever noticed how when things are going well with your love life money and creativity seem to flow so much more smoothly as well? It all has the same vibration and that vibration is basically abundance!  Creating that abundance requires us to become aware of how all these areas in our life are connected and basically ‘feel’ the same. We are activating our creativity when we begin to imagine something better for ourselves and start to set goals and visualise. It’s about beginning to believe that more abundance is available to us no matter what form it comes in.

If we believe that we can only have ‘so much’ of anything in our lives – be in money, love or creative energy – then no matter how hard we try or set our goals, we won’t get anywhere. The other thing to remember is that because this energy is basically similar we have to approach it in the same way as we would a potential partner – whether or not love is the actual goal. Think about it – if you were to tell someone they ‘have to’ love you what do you think their reaction would be? Chances are you would get the exact opposite result of what you hoped for – and probably never see that person again. So, when we want to attract any kind of abundance into our lives – be in that fabulous job that utilises our talents and skills, more money or just a wonderful abundant lifestyle on all levels, the thing is to learn to appreciate the energy and let it just flow – just as we do when we are happy to let a relationship unfold in its own time.

Building a positive relationship with abundance doesn’t mean sitting back and doing nothing. Of course you have to apply for that job, create that business plan or write that novel! But we always need to bear in mind that energy flows both ways – to us and away from us and often we need to ‘give back’ to it rather than always be demanding that we receive more.

So, let’s say more money is your goal. Start by opening your bills instead of ignoring them and drawing up a financial plan. You say you want more money? How much more? Have a sum in mind and then write down exactly what you are going to do with it when it does manifest. Pay your bills on time and keep a note of your spending. Chances are you will begin to see a quantum shift taking place as you stop focussing on what you don’t have and start to love what you do have right now.

The same goes if love is your goal. How much love are you ‘giving back’? Project a friendly, out-going demeanour, smile and say ‘Good morning’ to people on your way to work. Offer your seat on a crowded bus or train to someone less able to stand. It’s all love and it works to encourage more love to come your way – including the romantic kind.

If you start to become the seducer Goddess or God of your own life and seduce what you want into your life rather than push after it, a funny thing starts to happen – you fall in love with your life and yourself. And that can only work to bring more abundance into your life in all its forms.

4 Tips to transform your psychic energy.

When I talk about psychic energy I am talking about where we put our intuition and intention and what that creates. What are we perceiving our life to be and how can we change it to work for us? I have found it’s the small things in life which create our reality. Shifting our intentions and thoughts can turn our lives and energy around and transform us in deep and profound ways. Here are 4 tips to transform your psychic energy.

1/ The power of you – Our thoughts determine how we feel and what we feel emits out like a calling signal! Our inner voice is probably one of the most powerful creators of our reality. How do you treat yourself in your head? When you make a mistake do you put yourself down? Do you think you are unlovable or do you have some other negative thought that repeats itself? Turn your inner voice into something more positive. Challenge each negative thought and replace it with unconditional love and support, be your own best friend! In fact become your own ‘spirit guide’ and allow your inner voice to tune into your higher self, one consciousness or whatever positive symbol works for you. What would your higher self say to you about you? Become the love that we all are and see how life changes when you support you!

2/Recharge your psychic batteries -  It’s easy to loose our energy in the chaos of life. Many of us live manic lives, especially in this modern world of new technology where we can be hooked on our phones and emails.  I absolutely adore technology but this is a place where I really have to be disciplined because it’s too easy for me to sit down at my computer and then realise that hours have passed.  Make a conscious effort to get out and walk in nature to reclaim your psychic space and give yourself the chance for reflection and to be in a space of mindfulness. Getting into nature and being in the moment shifts us back into our power.

3/Develop a few simple positive rituals that ground and focus you.  This is all about you deciding what works for you. When I have a bath for instance I turn it into an opportunity to cleanse my energy.  I can literally feel a good soak restoring my psychic energy and when I pull the plug I visualise all negative energy being washed away. I also love to light candles.  It only takes a couple of minutes to centre your psychic energy, rub a candle with scented oil, trace any key words on the side of the candle with your fingers (such as Love or protection) and then light it. It’s amazing how such little things can change our mood and have a positive impact. Every time I light a candle I visualise protection and love filling my home. Sending small intentions out all the time reinforces our vibration.

4/  Be an energy conservationist!  Imagine that you have a psychic energy allowance and you want to use that psychic energy in the most efficient way.  A bit of reflection will reveal how much you allocate each day on regret, going over the past, focusing on what’s wrong (and especially what you can’t control), plus all of the other goodies like anger and envy.  See what happens when you redirect that psychic energy into areas that bring you benefits.  Say, for example, you realise that you are leaking a lot of psychic energy on regularly revisiting a career disappointment that happened in the past, such as a job you didn’t get or a project that failed.  What happens if you pull that  energy back and plough it into studying for a new skill or developing a new idea?

Loads of love,

Michele x

One Easy Step to Boost your Psychic Powers and Your Creativity!

We’re all psychic whether we realise it or not. And we’re all creative as well – again whether we think of ourselves as ‘creative’. The head of experience design at Adobe. Michael Gough is one of those people who also believes we are all creative and at the TED conference in Vancouver recently where Adobe was launching their first venture into hardware – a stylus and ruler which will allow you to draw on your iPad, he said he believes that drawing and creativity should not just be seen as something that is reserved for those who are deemed ‘creative’ – but a skill seen as the same as reading – something to be taught to everyone.

Creativity and our psychic abilities are intrinsically linked. Start working with one and the other will automatically follow. This simple exercise will start to put you back in touch with your creativity if you have been led to believe you are not ‘creative’, boost your creative output if you do think of yourself that way and what’s more – increase your psychic abilities and charge up your goal progress as well – bonus! We’re all extremely fortunate in that we have at our disposal so many creative tools. You can add your phone, your tablet, your computer to the traditional repertoire of paper, canvas, paint, ink and collage. How you choose to capture and work is going to be entirely up to you. But before embarking on this exercise please let go of any judgements or criticism about the ‘quality’ of your work! For one thing – it’s all subjective anyway. And if it makes you feel better you don’t have to show what you are doing to anyone if you don’t want to!

So, here comes your creative brief and it’s going to be a broad one. You are going to capture or copy in any way that feels right for you images, words or even music that excites you. Perhaps you would like to grab pictures and videos with your phone and upload them all to your tablet or a file on your computer. Perhaps words are your thing. Maybe you’d like to try turning them into word clouds (www.wordle.com is a fabulous site which does this for you). You can then print them out if you want and make a collage. You don’t have to draw or put pen to paper to create something. Perhaps you would enjoy a more traditional approach and that is collecting images from magazines or printing them out and sticking them on a corkboard. They can be representations of your goals or just images of things you find interesting, unusual, inspiring or beautiful. This can be anything – a landscape, an animal, a swatch of fabric, an ad you find interesting, a photo of a house you’d like to live in or a place you’d like to visit. Stick them in a scrapbook if you want. The only limitations are your own imagination and the only mandatory is that you collect them in a way they are all brought together in some way – either in a file, a book or displayed on a mounting board or similar. Add to your creation and look at it as often as you can and as you spend more time doing this and looking at what you are creating you will notice as time goes by a funny thing happening. Strange synchronicities will occur as many of the images will turn out to not only be reflections of what is happening in your life but may in fact be predictors of people and events coming in. If you are faced with a situation that requires insight you may discover upon going through what you have created that the answer is in one of your images or words.

This is because our creativity literally does tap us into the wisdom of our higher selves – which knows not only what is going to happen, but has the answers ready for us. So, unleash your creativity in whatever form it takes and tap into a resource you never realised you had. It’s not called ‘

What Science Can Teach Us About Goal Success!

I’m always excited when we can fuse scientific practice with manifesting our goals and dreams. One of the biggest barriers to achieving our goals we can encounter is the ‘f’ word – failure. Perhaps we were brought up in a household where we were told that if you didn’t achieve something the first time out you should give up. Or there could have been a great deal of fear around failing due to worrying about what other people may think. Very often we can start taking action towards our goal – be it learning a new skill, setting up our own business or finding that perfect partner – only for things to not work out quite the way we hoped. Maybe we even go back a second, third or fourth time – or more. But we still fail to reach our goal, master that activity, meet that person. In the end we resign ourselves not just to the fact we’re not destined to attain what we want – but we also tell ourselves that our experience has been a complete waste of time.

If any of this resonates with your journey or sounds familiar on any level then what I have to tell you is that almost any scientist out there would tell you that your perspective is completely wrong. We know our thoughts create our reality and this is formed by our point of view. Labelling attempts to reach our goals that do not achieve the desired outcome as ‘failures’ is not something a scientist would ever think of doing. In fact, science takes the entire concept of failure out of the equation! It works like this. Say you are a medical scientist looking to develop a new vaccine that will protect people against cancer. You have an idea of how such a vaccine might be developed. So, you set out to create it. The first batch of vaccines you develop however offer no protection at all. Now, from a scientists point of view, you have just tested out one hypothesis as to how such a vaccine might be created. This did not work but it has given you valuable information about how NOT to go about it. It is now time to come up with and test another one. You see the difference? To a scientific researcher you have merely explored one option. Just because you didn’t get the result you hoped for does not mean you have failed. Quite the contrary. Armed now with valuable information as to what is not going to work, you can begin to fine tune your process. If the second, third, fourth or even fifth attempts do not work out, our fearless scientist still continues but now has even more information to work with!

Suppose you now approach a goal not from the perspective of failing to get the result you want, but from a perspective of obtaining information about the best way to go about getting it? Not only would you now approach the process with an open mind, you would be set to enjoy it no matter what happened! You are information gathering – nothing more, or adding to your knowledge and skills. This applies to anything from studying to going on dates. When you take the concept of failure out of the equation, no matter what the outcome you walk away feeling you have gained something. This in turn fosters a positive attitude which merely boosts our ability to reach our goals in the long term.

Become the Quantum Physicist and Creator of your own life and see every step you take towards your goals as merely one more step towards proving that you are right – you are MEANT to live your dreams. And consign the ‘f’ word to the past!
