My Inquirer column today on what else was lost in the Battle for Manila in 1945. I have been informed that contrary to some people who want to distort history, Korean recruits were not involved in the atrocities in the atrocities committed in Manila because they were assigned elsewhere.

I have heard so many good things about the Old Manila Walks being given by Ivan...

I have heard so many good things about the Old Manila Walks being given by Ivan Man Dy for the past ten years, especially the Walk and Wok food tour of Binondo. So I finally accepted a personalized tour and got many ideas for columns as well gained a few inches on my waist. This is the Dai (great) siopao from Masuki. To get an idea of size compare it to my niece's mascot Monchichi.
