A Covid Christmas

Twas the night before Christmas

and all through the house

everybody had Covid…

Yeah.

So my eye injury is still healing and my laptop’s repaired, but at the end of November, I caught Covid. The one time I left my house for a medical appointment. It will be a while before I resume updates, writing, and the comic, as I seem to have the “long Covid” in terms of symptoms and fatigue.

I’m doing okay though and wanted to touch base with everyone to wish you all a HAPPY HOLIDAY, whatever it is you celeb...

With a Little Help from My Friends…

I’m going to be offline (except for cell) for a bit as my computer has a hardware failure. Due to Covid-19 and being high risk for it, my machine is being mailed back to Apple for hardware repair and diagnostics. Then it will have to be mailed back to me before I can use it again. This could be 1-2 weeks or more.

That means no updates here, no comics, no newsletters, etc.

In the meantime, I’m also dealing with a family crisis. My half-sister, Starla, fled a domestic abuse situation with her kids...

Temporarily Out of Range

Temporarily out of orbit

My device is having a hardware failure. As such, my Logs are unable to reach you for an unknown amount of time. The device has to return home, be repaired, and then ship back to me. Until then, may your furry adventures be mouth watering and smell of tuna.

CAT-TAIN’S LOG: EPISODE 049

Cat-tain

Riley and Malley are inseparable.

Wherever one is, the other goes. They sleep together. They eat together. They play together. In fact, they even go to the vet together.

If one of them goes to the vet without the other, they panic. Their toes sweat, they pant sometimes, and they try to hide in our clothes. It’s sort of cute yet horrible to think they’re so afraid. Together, they comfort one another and don’t panic as much.

These two are probably the closest I’ve ever seen two cats be.

Cat-tain’s Log: Episode 045

Cat-tain

Riley & Malley were in a foster family before we got them, only it was one of those foster families with way too many animals. We’re talking 25+ cats and dogs, not to mention birds and rabbits.

Riley grew up food anxious. Always. He’s not necessarily possessive of the food dish but he will eat any and every scrap of food, including his brother’s if Malley looks away for a moment. Malley, always wanting to look out for his brother, will allow Riley to steal his food. He will also attack DiNozzo o...
