Watching Elijah Fall - New Cover

I wanted to take a quick moment to share the new cover design for Watching Elijah Fall.
I didn't think to create a separate cover until the last second so, it won't be part of the mmromance initial download. But this will be the cover used for downloads from additional sites where I plan post it as a freebie. :)
I'm more than a little excited about it.

Watching Elijah Fall

D-Day is upon us.
Watching Elijah Fall was posted this morning for the Loves Landscape event here.
It will also soon be available for download, here.
This has been quite the learning experience. I learned a good deal, I think, about how to improve my approach to writing a story. So much so that I believe it will go far more smoothly the next time around. I don't see me writing nearly twice what was in the finished piece next time around. At least I hope not.
With this one, my first real piece of fiction, I totally winged it. I started writing from the beginning and just wrote through and let the story just go were it wanted to. I'm not saying that such an approached is necessarily the worst way to go, but when there isn't time for a proper second draft, it might be better to have a firmer grasp of the story from the very beginning
I haven't received any written reviews yet, which I dread and plan to ignore as best as I can, but still it is kind of exciting in it's own way. I'm proud of this story really. Certainly proud of the potential it holds, if nothing else. Hope you'll take a little time and give it a read.

Goodread's M/M Romance Group's Love's Landscapes

So, every year the Goodreads.com M/M Romance Group publishes a collection of stories submitted by their members, both published and unpublished authors alike.
The story ideas are submitted from members of the M/M Romance Group community in the form of a Dear Author letter with an accompanying photograph.
The idea seemed like a lot of fun and, since I am always kicking story ideas around in my head, I thought that maybe an actual deadline would be just the push I needed to do something I have talked about doing for years.
Writing a story that includes an ending! *gasp*
So, with inspiration drawn from this lovely photo and the Dear Author letter here, as well as the completely indispensable help and encouragement of my fantastic beta reader, I have actually done it.
My story Watching Elijah Fall with be part of this year's collection.
The Love's Landscape anthology is expected out sometime this summer for free download from Goodreads as well as other online ebook retailers.
Once my story is posted, I will link it on my Free Stuff tab.
