30 Weeks of Kink: Week #9 – 3/02/2017

Week 9: Post a kink related song or music video you enjoy NSFW

I’m not sure about songs and videos because I’m not much into music. I only listen to when I don’t have a book with me to listen to, which isn’t often. One song that comes to mind is Kelly Clarkson’s Dark Side. When I first heard it, I though it was part of the soundtrack for the Fifty Shades of Grey movie.

February ’17 Recap

2017 #ROW80 Round 1: Check-In #16

Two months down, ten to go. Every month, I reassess my writing and editing schedules. I have one story to write and two more to edit. How far would I get? I don’t know yet, but I want to be done with it by the end of May. I’m taking the summer off because I’m moving out of state and I want to be sure all these projects are out of the way or as close as possible.

I accomplished a lot during February, but writing needs to be a priority during March. I have a sh...

#TeaserTuesday – 2/28/2017 – A Chance to Fight

A Chance to Fight is my first story, ever. Looking back at it, I can see that. I hope to re-edit it into something more coherent at some point, but it was definitely a learning experience.  I still feel sorry for my poor editor. I think the topic is important, and their second-chance love story deserves a second chance. Until then, here’s a tease.

Leah stood up and started walking back to Gavin’s room. Austin caught up with her at the door.

“Fine, I’ll shut up, but I don’t care about your att...

Monday Flash Fic – Tattoo – 02/27/2017 [NSFW]

Tattoo

“Time to pay,” I pep talked myself. The next time I bet, I’d be sober. I continued to look at the tattoo artist’s portfolio, looking for the right design. At least, I didn’t leave it to chance.

The next picture surprised me—a naked man sitting in a shower, facing the camera. His tattoo sleeve meticulously done. That’s what I wanted. To show my strength, even naked.

I looked up, and the same demanding eyes pinned me down. He removed his hoodie, revealing a black-tee and the real ink t...

Slower Pace

2017 #ROW80 Round 1: Check-In #15 | 10 Minute Novelist: Update #8

Done with promo and everything else is up-to-date. I’m hoping to finish editing my novella this week, and send it to betas over the weekend. I do need to take the time to plan my next story and set the Scrivener file for my next edit. Other than that, not much to tell around here.

Accomplishments for week #8:

Read: 2 books Reviewed: 2 book Written: Weekly update for A Demon’s Duty to the Devil’s Son & Horses Planned: Updated w...

#RainbowSnippets *~* February 25-26, 2017 *~*

Happy Saturday! Time to go read last week’s post and see where these two are. I think they are enjoying keeping each other guessing their next move. It’s hard to know who has the upper hand, but I hope they stop playing coy with the other.

Week 14 of 52: Luci’s POV [story continues right after the previous entry.]

“As you know, my dear son, it’s almost time for you to marry. Since you haven’t found your own husband, it’s up to me to select a suitable partner for your station. A man to govern...

30 Weeks of Kink: Week #8 – 2/23/2017

Week 8: Post a kinky image you find erotic

I don’t think I can pick only one picture. I have many favorites, but since I don’t own the rights to them, I’m not posting them here. I do have a Pinterest account with many pictures I find inspiring. So take the time and visit my boards, you might find your favorite picture there. It can be a single word, to a smile. There’s something for everyone.

Plot Bunnies

2017 #ROW80 Round 1: Check-In #14

I have many stories I want to write and I keep track of them using Pinterest. That way, if something catches my eye, I can save it and have it ready when it’s time to write. It’s kind of my plot bunny farm. I love stopping by to visit and rediscover all those characters waiting for me.

Yesterday, I worked on a blurb, characters, and rough outline for a short story I want to write. Well, instead of moving further into the planning stage today, the story’s goin...
