#RainbowSnippets *~* April 1-2, 2017 *~*

Today’s the start of CampNaNoWriMo. I hope these guys don’t get jealous when I give some love to my other MCs. This project is actually moving forward nicely and I think is going to be an interesting reprieve over the weekends. Let’s see what they’re up to at the moment.

Week 19 of 52: Luci’s POV [story continues right after the previous entry]

“Why would I freak out?”

“Because—” He didn’t have a chance to continue as his head hit the wall. Elliott held him by the neck, keeping Lucifer’s feet...

[Fridays with Friends] Kevin Klehr

I’m pleased to welcome Kevin Klehr to Fridays with Friends. He’s here to talk about his backlist moving to NineStar Press. And to give us a little inside about Drama Queens with Love Scenes and From Top to Bottom. Enjoy!

GUEST POST

I’m in a unique position at the moment. My former publisher closed down so all my works, both formerly released and never before published, are going to be issued by NineStar Press during the course of the year.

The first came out over a week ago and is my first a...

30 Weeks of Kink: Week #13 – 3/30/2017

Week 13: Explain as best you can what the appeal of kink/BDSM is to you? Why are you drawn to what you’re drawn to?

I’m a very dominant person. I like control, routines, having things my way. On the other hand, I love caring for others. I’m always trying to give comfort, assurance, and making sure everyone around me is happy and taken care. I think I took most of these characteristics from my grandmother. She was the family matriarch and used to keep everyone in check. It’s part of who I am.

Keeping in Touch

In addition to writing, reading, and blogging,  I spend longer than necessary around social media. I love to chat and ramble about my projects and other books. I visit all my accounts several times a day–thanks to the electronic gods for mobile apps. I try to interact with others instead of lurking.

I like Twitter the most. It lets me engage in quick conversations and diverse topics. I think the other outlets are more detach, but I’m the kid that keeps talking no matter which table you move h...

Monday Flash Fic – Taking Fly – 03/27/2017

Taking Fly

“You have to hit eighty-eight miles before you reach the lights.” James laughed and extended his arms. He moved side to side, feeling the wind against him. His backpack pulled his weight backward, making him loose his footing. Standing up, he cleaned his muddy hands over his jeans before pushing his beanie further down his damp hair.

“Doc, I’m almost there. I’m not going to make it.” He walked faster. And as soon as he reached the dimmed lights, a strong flash propelled his body f...

Website Revamped

It took most of the weekend, but I gave this website a facelift. It’s not perfect, or everything I wanted to do, but it would work until I have the time to play around again. Hopefully, the next time will not take another two years.

The changes are mostly cosmetic. I tried to organize the content to make it easier to navigate and starting next month, all my writing updates will take place at the Hunter Hues blog. This way, you don’t get bored with my word counts and book reads.

[image error]So far, I’m pr...

#RainbowSnippets *~* March 25-26, 2017 *~*

I spent most of my time this weekend updating this website. I added this post retroactively to keep the story intact. When you’re done reading, feel free to play around. Now I remember why I haven’t done it in two years. It takes way too much time.

[Fridays with Friends] Casey Wolfe & One Bullet

I recently met Casey Wolfe thanks to our publisher, NineStar Press, and I’m glad to have her stop by today to share an interview with the protagonist of One Bullet, Ethan Brant & Shawn Greyson. Enjoy!

[image error]Hey, guys!  Casey Wolfe, back for another round of questions with Shawn Greyson and Ethan Brant, the couple featured in my new novel, “One Bullet.”

Casey:  Thanks for stopping by again.
Shawn:  No problem.
Ethan:  What day is it?

C:  I’m surprised Shawn managed to drag you away.  You’ve been pl...

30 Weeks of Kink: Week #12 – 3/23/2017

Week 12: Tell us about a humorous BDSM/kink experience you’ve had. If you haven’t had one, talk about aspects of kink/BDSM you find funny!

When I’m reading BDSM stories, I always find it funny when everyone moves away when the dom/domme walks by. I guess is the Moses’s effect, and they all can part the masses. But I don’t see that happening anywhere but in movies and books. Maybe they are flogging everyone in their way.

* Read previous entry here.
