Friday Feast ~ Peanut Butter Bird Feeder Cakes

I thought I would do something different for my Friday Feast post, so I hope you won’t mind. There is a lot of activity in my backyard. Sparrows have nested in two of my evergreen trees, and I can already hear the peeps of the newborns in one of the trees.
The hummingbirds visit daily, so I’m constantly making their food along with the recipe below.

Friday Feast ~ Chinese Chicken Salad
I love watching new life come forth in my backyard. Everything is so colorful after their winter sleep.
With the arrival of spring, I tend to whip up a variety of salads for our meals. My husband jokes that I was probably a rabbit in my former life, since I cansurvive on greens.
Ha! I need my bread, meat, and cheeses, too.
This is one of my favorite, go-to recipes. It’s light, filling, and delicious. And super easy.
