Bible Salesman

In case it weren’t enough to give my life, I gave other’s lives too. I killed them with my tongue, my cold silence and my disappearance. That was never enough though. I am one where it takes more. More. It … Continue reading

Captaincy

The captain will march His minions tag behind He’s coming to take us To where we all belong I wonder, will he be mad With anger of wild flame Dancing in strict cadence Disciplined by past wars Harder than those … Continue reading

Chains

Chains of precious metals Have never held my wrists Never bound me in luxury Nor with exquisite tastes These are ignoble chains That of a servant’s bonds A beggar bound to his cell Rust seeping through veins Of every metal … Continue reading

Observation

He looked like a semi-transient tourist when I saw him walk in. He didn’t quite look homeless, not quite the typical yuppie with khakis and a camera teetering on his gut. It was an indistinct, middle ground place he landed … Continue reading

The Illusion – New Song

Anne-Marie and I have been in the lab again, mixing notes and pictures together just to see what comes out. It seems to get better with every song, particularly the process. This song tells a story. It may be disconcerting … Continue reading

Men and Peachy Wine

image

I can’t tell who this company’s target is. The name “Kinky” along with the woman, along with the slogan, make me think it is geared toward men, but I don’t know very many men who drink this kind of wine.

Since my audience is at least 90% female, I must know, does this appeal to you?

Hollow – With Scottishmomus

Though we have not worked out the details of starting a band, Anne-Marie and I wrote another song. For now, everyone will have to settle for our non-live shows since we live over 4,000 miles away from each other. Until we work that out, please enjoy our musical musings…
