Umbrellas

I love umbrellas. Rainy days were made for especially for red umbrellas.
Nothing says rainy day more  poetically then a red umbrella. Red umbrellas are a welcome sight over a sea of black umbrellas. Abby

Your All I Need to Get By

Right on time
That is what you are
Always there when I need you
Dependable to a fault
From the top of my head to the soles of my feet
You are love bound in leather
A hollow honey pot of pleasure
You are the best pair of shoes I have ever worn

Legacy Of Three Blackbirds

Legacy Of Three Blackbirds

The sweet sorry of happiness is darkness run amok? Life cut short in the blink of an eye A sparrow in the wind            Live Long And Prosper?
Death  may come in the morning

A life of giving to others cut shortTears of wide spread sorrowKisses that disappear like life Casket of sorrow
Sprinkled with the tears of a well lived life             Who shall dry my tears?

Life is a flame that blows out too soon Memories of happiness replaced with despairForever remembered for your kind wayLike a city on a hill your memory lives on still

The Legacy of Three Blackbirds run amok in the night
Connie, Kelly, and Zoe
Death, Kisses, and Sorrow

I Love Candy Appples

One of my guilty pleasures is candy applies. I truly love specialty candy apples. While not your traditional candy apple specialty candy apples give you a little something extra. They are heaven in your  mouth with each bite.

What takes your breath away?

What takes your breath away?
The question seems as though it would be easy to answer. What takes your breath away?
Great art leaves me breathless and speechlessAn affection not necessary on the lips kiss leaves me breathlessTaking off my shoes and dropping my purse when I arrive home leaves me both breathless and speechless Great spaghetti and lasagna leave me breathless

Whimsical fits of fantasy

Whimsical fits of fantasy always come to mind when I think of fairytales. I was once asked if I could be any fairytale character who would it be. It’s hard to narrow down which fairytale character I would be since I love them all. But if I had to narrow it down to these:
Red Ridinghood. Red has a super cute cape and I always thoguth I would look good as a red headSnow White. I love her dress and her ink black hair. Beside she has seven men at her beck and call Cinderella because she has glass slipeprs and a cute dressBelle- Because she like to read and I love to readI want to marry Uncle Rat in A Frog Went A Courting. My mother use to read this story to my siblings and I as children. I always asked about Uncle Rats wife and my mother use to say that I should write his story when I became and adult…maybe one day I will.

O’ Dear! What will Abigail wear to dinner?

Now that I am throwing a dinner party for the dead I must pick out the perfect dress. I often wonder what one wears to a dinner party of the undead. While black would be appropriate for most, I chose to believe that things should be liven up. I do believe that dead folks like color too.

I think I want to live in Paris

I think I want to live in Paris. Not necessary Paris but very close to Paris. I think Luxemburg would be a good place to call home.  I could awake every morning and walk the streets of town for no reason. Then get labeled  "That Crazy American: by locals. I want to live in Paris not necessary Paris but close to it.

Today I am listening to Ella Fitzgerald "Paris In Springtime.Abby
