Fabulous Friday Flow!
Ok, so maybe #FFF isn’t a thing. Yet! But I will post a fabulous flow for you here every Friday. This is one of my favorites for opening the shoulders and keeping the hips juicy, even if you spend all day sitting in front of a computer.
Writer’s flow. Opens the shoulders, lower back, and, chiefly,the heart.

Something You Wanna Get Over? There’s a Yoga for That.
I’m thrilled to be bringing the Yoga for Getting Over It workshop to Jivamukti Jersey City on February 20 (click here for more details and to sign up), because Jivamukti is my yogic home when I’m in New York City.
What I’ve loved about practicing at Jivamukti is the way they encourage freedom and exploration on the mat. That’s what I’m doing in this workshop, with an emphasis on finding the tools you already have within to foster radical transformation.
AND… Thank you, @elephantjournal, for helping spread the word about yoga’s amazing healing powers. As numerous studies have shown, yoga not only makes you stronger physically, the practice also impacts your mental and emotional self.
