Six Favorite Japanese - Non Hentai - Anime Series

I enjoyed talking about my passion for watching television programming from other countries yesterday. And in the title I mention one of my favorite Anime of all time. Maybe it is time I mention my six favorite Anime TV Series of all time! Of course, there are so many that I hardly seen the tip of the iceberg, but these six have been either meaningful for me, enjoyable, or interesting.Remember, these are only the TV series of these anime.
Number 6 on my list is a classic that I was able to watch with my kids when they were still young and I never had to worry about those inappropriate sexual scenes or innuendos so prevalent in most anime.
Inuyasha Number 5 is the short lived, as far as I know, but I liked its highly paced humor and the Japanese version of El Kabong with a guitar. I also liked the ending of each show when they would show the credits with someone driving a real moped.Furi Kuri(Pronounced Fooley Cooley) Number 4 on the list was a wonderful find for me, where I could get into the characters and follow there life stories. I enjoyed the plot until the end of the series. Why Japanese Anime Artist like to leave their audience heartbroken at the end of a series by killing off the heroes, I'll never know. Still a favorite though.Cowboy Bebop Number 3 is another story which I could follow and become interested in the character's development. But these middle three favorites have one thing in common. After watching the series and committing oneself into the fate of the characters, again the Artists seem to believe that heartbreak is the way to end a series as they kill off the main characters. I really wanted these guys to live.Samurai Champloo Number 2 would have been my Number 1 but for one reason. I'll explain that in the next category. The main character and story line, in this series, has it all. The reluctant hero, who is oozing with morality, a love interest, and a supporting cast you like as well. Of course, the Artist did kill a main character after the audience began to love him, but that is the way of the anime I guess. One more thing. If I ever get the chance to dress up as a Cosplay Character, I would choose this guy because of how cool he is and what I consider the best name in Show Business, "Vash the Stampede!"Trigun Number 1 on my list is the one I mentioned yesterday. Good characters, good plot, and for me a happy ending. (TV series. I haven't seen all the movies yet.) Another reason it is my number one is because it is the only anime TV series which I bought. And that was when it was hard to find and at a whopping cost of 9,042.90 Japanese Yen!Neon Genesis Evangelion I should have some Honorable mentions here,I know. But we all have our favoritesand we were all influenced at different times in our lives. My favorites are from the early 2000sand I am sure there was some good anime before my era and after!

This is,Playing Vash The Stampede As I Write,Jim Hauenstein,

And,

“Believe it!” Naruto yelled.- Masashi Kishimoto -

That is my story and I am sticking to it!

I Do More Than Watch Reruns Of Neon Genesis Evangelion - I Watch Dramas Too!

As a  "Man of the World," or really just a guy who sits in front of his television set and watches TV shows from other countries, like Taiwan's  "It Started With A Kiss," Japan's "Crazy For You," and Canada's "Little Mosque On The Prairie." (Those are just examples.)  I find myself enjoying, how other countries see  Americans. I know,  Canadians are  Americans too! So, I went to one of the video streaming sites out of  China that I know of,  (Video.qq) which I haven't been to for awhile, and I was kind of amazed by what I saw. The first thing that popped out at me was the Sports Illustrated Swim Suit Issueadvertisement. Then I saw a picture of The Rock.Advertisements for Game of Thrones on HBO,AMC's  The Walking Dead, CBS'sCSI-Cyberand the Disney Movie Zootopia. There were other American Movies that were advertised, but I cannot read Chinese, so I am not sure of their names. But the one that surprised me the most was another AMC Classic,Breaking Bad.Remember,China is a country where they execute drug dealers. This is a  Communist Country who, as I see it, is embracing our culture more and more.I can't help but wonder, what are the Hardliner Communist Leaders thinking? They used to act just like the nut from North Korea,  Kim I Am So Fat Jong-un.If you are too young to remember on how they used to be, just ask any of the survivors from the Tiananmen Square Massacre!

This is,Hoping This Is Making Our World A Smaller Place So Our Differences Become Less,Jim Hauenstein,

Because fighting cancer once would be too easy...
As many of you know, Michael Belcher's cancer has returned. He had surgery last week to remove nodules from his lungs. Unfortunately, they were found to not only be cancerous but active.  More surgeries and aggressive treatment will be needed. Many of you have asked how you can help support the Belcher family during this time. One way is giving through this GoFundMe page. As you can imagine, fighting cancer has been a financial strain. This will help them with gas, medical bills, food and other unexpected costs that may come up during his treatment. Any contribution, big or small will greatly encourage the Belcher family in this challenging time. The Belchers are so appreciative of all your support. Let's continue to stand with them as they fight this horrible disease once again. Spread the word to your friends and family.

Dentistry From The Heart

My second eldest Daughter has been going to school, for some time, to become a Dental Assistant. She will be graduating in one month. Recently she told me about a wonderful program here in the United States, Canada, Australia, and in New Zealand. It is called Dentistry from the Heart. I applaud the wonderful work this charitable organization does. If you are like me, and you do not have Dental Insurance because of no fault of your own, you can go to one of their "Events" held every Friday and Saturday to get one procedure done for free. The procedures provided are Extractions, Fillings, and Cleaning. Check out their "Event Calendar" and scan for a date and place near you.The calendar is updated all the time, so you might have to check it more than once a month. The Dentists and their staff, volunteer to do this work for free once a year. You will have to page each month to find a location near you. These links are for the United States alone. If you read this and are wondering if something is happening in your country, you will have to do the research yourself. But if you find something like  "Dentistry from the Heart," in your area, it is well worth the search. Because, you feel so good after a good cleaning!

Norco Loopy Pills

I missed writing yesterday on this Blog because, I blame it on the loopy pills prescribed by my dentist after I had two teeth pulled on Saturday."Norco is the brand name for the combination prescription drug acetaminophen/hydrocodone. (Which I was prescribed.) It is used to treat moderate to severe pain. Vicodin, Lorcet, and Lortab are other brand names for this combination."
From the website everydayhealth.com
It is manufactured by Actavis Inc. Now the fun stuff about  Norco Pills. "As with all prescription drugs that contain acetaminophen, (Tylenol) the FDA requires that the labels carry a "black box" warning highlighting the potential for severe liver damage, and another warning about the potential for allergic reactions. Before taking Norco, it's important to tell your doctor about any allergies you have, not only to hydrocodone and acetaminophen, but to other narcotics, such as morphine or codeine, and whether you have liver or kidney disease. Since hydrocodone can slow or stop your breathing, your doctor also needs to know about any brain disorders or head injuries, asthma, chronic disruptive pulmonary disease, sleep apnea, or seizures. Like any narcotic painkiller, hydrocodone can become addictive. You should be candid with your doctor if you've had a personal history of drug or alcohol abuse."
Pregnancy & Norco. "Norco is in FDA Pregnancy Category C, meaning that it’s unknown if Norco can harm a developing fetus because no adequate and well-controlled studies have been carried out in pregnant women."
Of course not, that would be stupid! The Norco high & it is high on abuse."Hydrocodone, the narcotic component of Norco, makes it ripe for abuse, especially since it's easily available as a generic and is not an expensive drug. The drug can give users a feeling of euphoria that lasts several hours. Abuse of any narcotic drug, including Norco, can result in addiction, overdose, or death, especially in a child or any person using the drug without a prescription."
Norco withdrawal."Going cold turkey, or stopping the drug abruptly after developing a dependency on it, will likely bring on withdrawal symptoms. These usually include sweating, a runny nose, watery eyes, goose bumps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, restlessness, and agitation."
I do not know what the big deal is about those symptoms. I had the same ones every time I broke up with a girlfriend! Since, I drank my liver into oblivion, beginning in the early 1970s thru to the late 1990s, and since I am allergic to aspirin, my liver has taken a beating from Tylenol&Alcohol.  So, I am quitting the loopy pills immediately, and destroying the rest. Because;"Hydrocodone is a narcotic, while acetaminophen is a mild painkiller. Combined, they belong to a class of drugs called opioid analgesics, which work by blocking certain nerve cell receptors in the brain."
The word "opioid" tells me the street would have a market for these pills but I am way over experimenting with any drug since I stopped playing music, live in rock bands, during the 1980s! My body is like a  Temple in Nepal. It is sacred, but has a lot of damage from the earthquake of my youth!
This is,Maybe Someone Should Start Quoting Me - "My Body Is Like A Temple In Nepal" - Man That Is Some Good Stuff,Jim Hauenstein,

What Does "Humorous Fridays, Norco, Hank The Dog, And Melbourne" Have In Common?

I guess "Humorous Fridays" might not be the way to go. Yesterday's Post was, somewhat, a failure. Either no one thought it was funny or no one got the humor in it. I believe it is the first choice since I believe my readers are the most intelligent in the World. Otherwise, they wouldn't be reading my Blog. The problem I'm having today is paging through all the different websites to find a story worthy of my readers. I spent 4 hours at the Dentist office today, had two fillings put in, and two teeth pulled. And does my face hurt. Well, it does a little. So, for me, with a face full of anesthesia and an  Acetaminophen/Hydrocodo  tablet in my gut, the most important story of the day is from my old home town of  MilwaukeeWisconsin. "Hank the Dog is alive; The Milwaukee Brewers baseball team hold press conference to prove it."
By Matt Lichtenstadter on The Comeback.
"Stop the presses, stop the presses! The Milwaukee Brewers held a press conference on Friday to address the recent conspiracy theory that Hank the Dog, the team’s unofficial mascot, had been replaced by an imposter. Hank is alive and there has been no hoax perpetrated on our culture by the Brewers. Microchip inserted in @BrewersHank in 2014…Matches the one tested March 3. Hank 1 is the only one! @WISN12News pic.twitter.com/wLPB0eYakP — Ben Hutchison (@BennyHutch) March 4, 2016 Veterinarian Dr. William S. Rice of Lakeside Animal Hospital, who’s been in charge of Hank’s medical care since 2014, confirmed the dog’s identity by comparing previous and current dental records. More importantly, a microchip that was implanted in Hank during his adoption was scanned and the identification number matched the one registered in the clinic’s database. Just in case anyone was still skeptical, Dr. Nancy Weiss of the Wisconsin Humane Society also scanned the microchip to confirm that Hank is actually Hank and not a replacement Hank."
Now, was not that worth waiting all day for me to post?

Albert Einstein's Special Relatives and General Relatives Theories

I know we all have theories on our Relatives. Or simply put, our Relativity's physiques and mental capabilities. This usually encompasses two theories by  Albert EinsteinSpecial Relatives and  General Relatives.
Concepts introduced by him in the  Theories of Relatives. This includes the concept of Spacetime, as a unified entity of the  space between their ears and thetime it takes for them to get one of your jokes. Like the one you told about your Relative with the simple-anxiety, or Kin-ematic,or Grampa's invitational time dilation, and hisLengthy nose hair contractions. Now,"A team of UK-based scientists from the University of Cambridge and Queen Mary University of London have successfully simulated a five-dimensional black hole with the help of supercomputers, reported the Huffington Post. If real, the simulated black hole would be so powerful it could break down the rules that govern the theory of our General Relatives!" By Kirsten Silven for the INQUISITR and borrowed off of the Huffington Post website. Screw The Mile High Club - I Am Joining The Kármán Line High Club (62 Miles Up And The Boundry Of The Atmosphere & Space)

After  NASA grounded the  Space Shuttle you probably thought we were losing interest in Space Exploration. I'm happy to say, it is the American Way of doing business which will keep us flying into Space for years to come. Private Enterprise. Of course, NASA and all the different Government Space Agencies around the World are not going away, but more and more World collaboration between Space Agencies will help stem the cost for all Nations. Then with private businesses, like Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin, Elon Musk's SpaceX, and Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic, they will gladly sell us a seat for a quick ride across the Globe so we can say,"I flew in outer space!"And I am sure it will not be cheap. So,
here are five missions, to keep us entertained, slated for this year.

Juno Spacecraft After five years of travel, the Juno spacecraft will finally reach the fifth planet in our solar system. NASA expects Juno to reach and land on Jupiter by July 4. Juno will stay on the gas giant for 20 months, studying the planet's atmosphere, magnetic field and gravitational field. The Juno spacecraft was created by NASA's New Frontiers program and is a cousin of the New Horizons probe that flew by Pluto last summer.
OSIRIS REx NASA is not only looking to explore planets; it also wants to study asteroids. On Sept. 8, the space agency will launch its OSIRIS REx spacecraft, which will land on the asteroid 1999 RQ36 in 2018. Once OSIRIS has reached the targeted asteroid, it will collect some samples and map the surface of the space rock. NASA expects the spacecraft to return to Earth by 2023. This will mark the first time asteroid samples are carried back home via a probe.
Crew Dragon CapsuleSpaceX's "space taxi" is ready for in-flight abort testing. The company, created by Tesla CEO Elon Musk, will test the capsule in December. The Crew Dragon will eventually carry NASA astronauts to and from the ISS. SpaceX already successfully demonstrated the abort system works, but it also wants to ensure that passengers will be completely safe when aboard.
Falcon Heavy — Prior to the Dragon Crew tests, SpaceX will test flight its Falcon Heavy rocket in September. This is the first time the agency is launching the massive vehicle, which is essentially three Falcon 9 rockets combined. SpaceX eventually wants to use this rocket to take people to the moon and Mars. CEO Elon Musk has been testing the spacecraft's since 2011, but he's certain it'll take flight this year.
ExoMars — The European Space Agency will be the first to launch this year with the ExoMars mission on March 14, which will consist of sending three exoplanetary spacecraft to Mars in hopes of finding traces of alien life. The ExoMars spacecraft will also test out new technologies on the Red Planet that could be used for future space exploration. The ESA partnered with Russia's ROSCOSMOS to make the mission possible. The first spacecraft to launch will be the Trace Gas Orbiter and the Schiaparelli EDM, which are expected to land in October. The first will study the atmosphere and the second will test technologies on land. The third rover will land sometime in 2018.
Looks like we are in for an exciting year of Space Exploration. And,thanks to Sir Richard Branson,we will finally be sending a  Virgin into outer space.

I Loved Verti - Until She Jumped - That Is When I Felt Vertigo

What is it about height, glass, and that wonderful feeling of vertigo so many people like? Yes, this is a 985 foot long glass bridge at  Shiniuzhai National Geological Park. Chicago has had The Ledge since 2009. Five hundred people have proposed in them and now you can even get married in one. Let us not forget one of the most frightening views I've ever seen. The Skywalk at Eagle Point in the Grand Canyon. But for a real good time when you are inebriated, check out the swimming pool at theHoliday Inn in Shanghai Pudong. You won't know which way is up. Not to be outdone,we are finally going to get a Shyslide, yes a slide,  suspended 1,000 feet above ground,in Los Angeles. When asked,I tell people,"I'm not afraid of heights. I just really respect them. That is why I stay away from the edge!"Why doesn't someone get it over with, and build either a Hot Air Balloonride with a glass bottom,or aHelicopter Ridewith a glass bottom! That will scare the $^!# out of you!And isn't that, what it is, all about?

How Did I Get From "Getting Involved, Voting, To Suing Someone" All In One Post?

Over the last couple of years, I have asked people to get involved when they can and to go out and vote, which is so important. Getting involved means helping the environment, helping the elderly, or giving your time or money to a charity of your choice. Voting is so important these days, especially the way the Media proclaims that the public has so much apathy towards it. This works well for both Parties. During the Primaries, the Republicans and the Democrats look how the regular, or consistent voters, are learning. Since 1960, the percentage of Voters in this country has average in the mid 50% range, with a high of 62% of eligible Voters, and a low of 49% of eligible Voters casting a Vote throughout the years. They can predict, pretty accurately how the final vote will go. The only time the Republicans or Democrats push really hard for Women, Minorities, and the Younger eligible voters to come out and vote is when one side feels it is so far behind in the polls, it needs the group of people who are apathetic to get involved and vote. Enough about the political system. Another way to fight against apathy in our lives, is when someone does us wrong. Today I'm going to embark on learning the benefits of the  Small Claims Court in California. I can't give any details to you because I'm still learning what to do, and how to do it properly. But I'm suing someone, because I can't let people think they can just walk all over me, and today I'm submitting the paperwork. I may have, over time, been skeptical about the integrity of some Police Officers, but today I begin to learn about our Judicial System besides paying traffic fines.Let us see if there is Justice for All. Wish me luck.

Are The Monkeys Running The Show?

What is wrong with this picture."Stolen Pickup in Mexico Had Radioactive Material Aboard." By The Associated Press on ABCNews.com
"Mexican authorities have issued an alert after thieves stole a pickup truck with radioactive material aboard. The Interior Department said late Sunday the stolen material was iridium-192 and distributed a photo showing a hand-held metal cylinder with a yellow protective cover. The department said in an alert posted late Sunday that the material was used by an industrial maintenance company. It said the canister was aboard a 10-year-old pickup truck stolen Saturday in San Juan del Rio, an industrial city north of Mexico City. The department said the material was not dangerous unless removed from its protective container. There have been a half-dozen thefts of radioactive material in Mexico in the last two years. The hazardous materials have been recovered in the previous five cases."Really, driving around town in a pickup truck with radioactive material?
I wonder if we here in the United States, drive around with Plutonium-238 in the back of a Ford Fusionso our citizens are none the wiser.(Get it? Fusion, Plutonium-238, Come on. These jokes are funny!)
Are people still trusting this guy?   "Donald Trump on Monday blamed a poor earpiece for sparking a misunderstanding over white nationalist David Duke’s support of the GOP presidential front-runner." By Mark Henach for The Hill.“What I heard was 'various groups.' I have no problem disavowing groups, but I’d at least like to know who they are. It’d be very unfair disavowing a group if they shouldn’t be disavowed.” Trump waved off questions about Duke during a Sunday morning appearance on CNN’s "State of the Union." He repeatedly told Tapper he is unaware of the former Ku Klux Klan grand wizard’s background and stances.
This is the same guy who Twitted a quote from Benito Mussolini,on more than one occasion. "Look, Mussolini was Mussolini. It's OK to — it's a very good quote, it's a very interesting quote ... and I know who said it. But what difference does it make whether it's Mussolini or somebody else? It's certainly a very interesting quote."
