What do you get when you mix one part educator, one part writer, and three parts over active imagination with a dash of geekery?  Why you get me of course!

Greetings my internet peoples,

Normally this is where I tell you lots of useless information about myself that I spent hours agonizing over.  Meh.  If truth be told, I really didn't feel like doing that.  I'm not a formal person, so why should my about me page be formal.  Here's all that you need to know about me.

I LOVE BOOKS.

No seriously, I love them.  I can't get my hands on them fast enough.  I love the written word.  I love it so much that I have been writing since middle school.  Sadly, or fortunately depending on how you look at it, I never shared any of my stories, preferring to squ

Augustine is your typical womanizer, but he does have a good heart underneath, he just hasn't had the easiest of lives. But the moment he sees Harlow, he knows that his days of running are over. Now Harlow doesn't really care for him much in the beginning, but then she sees what lies behind his tough exterior. Time and time again these two demonstrate, putting aside surface differences to see the true nature of a person. They help each other through their own unique skill sets and by the end of it all I was cheering for them.(less)

Sometimes when I get bogged down, I'll write fan fiction. I love writing it because I don't really have to worry so much about creating a world, or developing characters. All that has been done for me already. The only thing I have to do is just run with the idea.(less)

A Big Change

Greetings My lovelies,

Today’s post is bittersweet.  Today I’m starting the process of transitioning away from a traditional blog to solely working on Youtube.

It was been a wonderful journey with each and everyone of you these past 8 years.  I appreciate all the memories and laughs.

The reason why I’m switching is because I really enjoy making videos and I just don’t have the time to run both,

Brandon Sanderson
“By now, it is probably very late at night, and you have stayed up to read this book when you should have gone to sleep. If this is the case, then I commend you for falling into my trap. It is a writer's greatest pleasure to hear that someone was kept up until the unholy hours of the morning reading one of his books. It goes back to authors being terrible people who delight in the suffering of others. Plus, we get a kickback from the caffeine industry...”
Brandon Sanderson, Alcatraz Versus the Evil Librarians

“The purpose of a writer is to keep civilization from destroying itself.”
