Author S.E. Isaac: Big Changes Coming!
Happy Monday, Lovelies! It is Monday, right? (ha!) Been out in the sun all day so my poor brain cells are whipped! Hope you are all having an amazing day nonetheless. 
After an emotional rollercoaster with my ex co-author (that is still ongoing), I have made some BIG decisions. I have revamped so much in my life! For the better! Author-wise, personal life, and business-wise! Without further ado…

I’ve brought to life another personality of mine. This time strictly the genre paranormal. I even revamped my paranormal romance series, Fates Intertwined, under this new pen name. Rebranded PNR Series.
After lots of debating, I came to a HUGE decision on my paranormal romance series, Fates Intertwined. I have decided to rebrand under my pen name Roxy Ray. I am very excited to release paranormal books under Roxy Ray, especially this series. This series and storyline get me super excited. Like nerdy excited. (HA!)
The books can be read in any order and you won’t get lost. Enchantress’ Tale is labeled as book 3, but really you could start with that one then Kiss of a Vampire, and then Bite of a Lierum. But like I said, any order is fine until Book 4, Reflection of a Vampire, arrives (insert grin)
Kiss of a Vampire and Bite of a Lierum are 15k words; quick-reads. (in my mind) Enchantress’ Tale is 85k words and obviously, a longer read. (She’s my favorite. Shhhh. Don’t tell her sisters. Ha!) There were some hiccups with uploading Bite of a Lierum so as soon as the link is good to go, I will share it.
Kiss of a VampireWhispering Hills was Adrena’s only escape from the cruel world around her. The one place she could lose herself without a single care. That was until she came face-to-face with a being, who had glowing eyes and a wild spirit. His spirit called to her mind, body, and soul. She tries to fight the urge because it’s forbidden. They’re from two different worlds, but no matter how hard she tries, she can’t escape the way she feels towards him.

I know the paper is just a ruse because of the date on it and how he kept was on the same page for over an hour. I’m sure no one else noticed. I only noticed because I’ve been googly-eyes over him all morning. Trying to read my book has been almost impossible because my mind is consumed with wild thoughts of him.

SNEAK PEEK TWO (Ademaro)
We had returned to the compound over an hour ago. Giovanni had summoned Rosaline to his office the moment we arrived. No one was allowed in, not even a guard. It was just the two of them.
Out of all of the years being around Giovanni never had he had a one-on-one meeting with someone. Not even family. His meeting with Rosaline put my nerves on edge. I stood in the hallway calm on the surface but a ball of nerves on the inside.
Was Rosaline safe? Did Giovanni plan to harm her? Or maybe something else?
Get a fucking grip, I scolded myself. Giovanni wasn’t that type of man and I knew it. He cared deeply for Rosaline as though she was his daughter. I was just being a schmuck. A testosterone-charged, rage-filled, fucking schmuck.
The sound of the office door opening had those of us in the hallway standing tall. Rosaline appeared with Giovanni by her side. Rosaline’s eyes were red and puffy. She had been crying.
Instinctively, I wanted to reach for her, pull her against me, and tell her everything would be okay. However, my duty and loyalty to Giovanni had me frozen in place. Never had it been so hard to do what was expected of me. Choosing between Giovanni and Rosaline was like choosing between blood and air; both were necessary for life.

Whatcha Reading Wednesday
Hey, Lovelies! Well, we are halfway through the week! Hooray!
No, seriously, I’m ready for the weekend. (LOL)
I’ve been busy making swag, writing, and parenting so unfortunately, I haven’t been able to read. (Except for a few pages for my author friends Andi Lyn and J. Truesdell. Other than that, no reading for me. Sigh.) Because I haven’t been able to sit down and read a book from front to back, I have to lean on hubby for a review of a book.
Drumroll…
Hubby’s pick for this week is Mastery by Robert Greene. (Disclaimer: He is only halfway through it)What do you like about the book? As it explains it is very informative and allows you to see why the applications work… Along with learning the stories of past masters…It gives you guidance on areas you can work on to improve and reach the next level.
Are the chapters drawn out & boring? Or short and sweet? Long enough for a notepad. However, it’s filled with jewels so it makes it worth it.
Are there a lot of big words? Only a few words caught me off guard.
Would you recommend this book? Yes. Recommended. Anyone who is truly striving for growth in their craft or hobby will love this book.
