Autism at its finest
As many of you already know, my middle son, who is 12, is autistic & has been diagnosed with mood disorder (with paranoid Schizophrenia rearing its head). Okay, I’m rambling.
So picture this:
I’m sitting at the dining room table with my laptop in front of me. I am trying to work on my latest book. My sons have been told that when mommy is ‘at work’, no one bothers her.
My middle son sits down with his drawing stuff (no big deal). Then it begins. He begins talking about everything on the planet (mainly his obsessions like ceiling fans, orange lights, Mariah Carey, make bad decisions, hating his brother, etc.). I give him the mom look. He then says, “Sorry. Sorry. I’m not trying to bug you.” With the same breath of air, he begins his rambling again about his obsessions. I give him the mom look, again. “Okay. Sorry. I’m trying to not bug you. I’m sorry”. I tell him that it’s okay but that I need to concentrate. “Okay. Sorry. You can do your work.” Not even two seconds later and he’s back on his ramble. Needless To Say, I am not working on my book until after kiddos’ bedtimes.
He is currently using the condiments on the table to act out our family fighting. (apparently, ketchup “Solomona” needs to spank spicy mustard “Christopher”. I’m a little hurt, I didn’t make the cut.

Glitter…someone, please, sprinkle some glitter
Being an author, to me, is a very hard job. The writing alone takes a lot of dedication. Promotion is exhausting. Waiting for readers to purchase your book is nerve wrecking.
“Train to Anguish” is my first novel. I am super proud of it and want to share it with the world. I know that it can take quite some time to get readers to buy. However, if you want to sprinkle a little glitter on my day and buy it, today, I will be forever grateful and will do a happy dance on Facebook live video if I can get 20 books sold by Saturday 24 June 2017. I repeat, 20 books sold by Saturday and I will do a happy dance (nerdy as possible) on Facebook live video!

Train to Anguish E-book
Well, the cover issue is not resolved. The old cover is still being used for some reason. Therefore, I am uploading a ‘new book’ of it and once that ‘Train to Anguish’ is up and running with the proper cover then I will delete the one that is currently available. Sorry for all of the confusion….damn, technology! (insert angry face)
Happy Reading!

The train is still on its way!
I hit a hiccup. My book is up on Amazon but the old book cover is being used, so I am not sharing the link. Hopefully, by tomorrow, I will be a proud mama to a published ebook novel and print novel! (a correct cover one :-p )
On another note, I still HATE Wal-Mart. Exhausting place to go. Thankfully, we went to the cleaner one. By cleaner I mean that the environment in general is cleaner. I was still traumatized by the return of the cheesecake from the other one to go back to that one. Sigh. Charlene, remember our deal? If I ever feel the need to return cheesecake, talk me off the edge!!! Everyone, feel free to join her intervention! Because that is just ludacris!!!!!! Returning a cheesecake! :-O The nerve of some people.
Happy Reading!

^^^^^ Click here to buy & read it! ❤
One of my dearest friends and an AMAZING author. He dabbles in a few genres and NEVER disappoints his readers. I highly recommend his books. Blind Desire is one of my favorites that he has written. Definitely, a steamy read. Like you need to read this while sitting in a tub filled with ice and water. (fans self) Even that won’t cool you off fast enough!! If you do read this read, your significant other will thank me for the recommendation!
