Anthony Award Winners : Bouchercon 2025- Mystery Fanfare

Judge Delays Preliinary Acceptance of Anthropic Copyright Settlement - Publishers Weekly

Somebody has to look out for the authors.Panzer's first stop today was at the Publishers Weekly site where he found a post about the Anthropic copyright lawsuit. According to Jim Milliot's post, the judge overseeing the case has several questions in the Anthropic settlement and, therefore, delayed preliminary acceptance of the settlement. The post includes links to other important information about the case. Panzer says, "The judge isn't happy." Note:This is a long post. B&N Agrees to Acquire Books Inc - Publishers Weekly

Actually, it's a big turn around.Here's a post about Barnes and Noble Panzer found on the Publishers Weekly site. According to Nathalie op de Beeck's post, Books Inc. is asking the bankruptcy court to allow their acquisition by Barnes and Noble. Panzer says, "Barnes and Noble has gone from teetering on the edge of extinction just a few years ago, to being able to acquire a bookstore company that is at that edge now." Note: This is a medium length post. Off to Dreamland for me.Here's today's mystery movie Panzer found on the DK Classics III channel on Youtube. The Dark Mirror is a black and white 1946 murder mystery movie.
