It’s Okay To Be Peaceful
If there was one thing that I could have shared with myself when I was 16 to 18 years old, I would have let myself know that it was okay to be peaceful. I feel like, in a world where individuals are constantly chasing things outside of themselves, bringing them moments of happiness, peace is actually where it’s at. And, it is fascinating because peace is actually our natural state of being.
The majority of the world today is going through this pandemic, this unprecedented moment in human history, and lacking the awareness that peace is even an option for them.
How blessed are we that at least we have the awareness that we can be peaceful in our lives. And it’s not that things are necessarily going to change in our lives, or we’re all of a sudden going to become some other version of ourselves than we are at this moment, it’s just that we are going to fundamentally chill out.
We’re going to get to a place where we finally recognize, hey wait a minute, is my upset and drama actually contributing anything to the world? What’s it contributing to me? What effect is it having on my body, on my mind, in my life?
When you really begin to weigh the impact of peace in your life, and being peaceful, wow do you realize it’s priceless. There’s no downside to it. When you make the commitment to remember that peace is an option for you, in the midst of everything that is happening, in the midst of home schooling your child or children, in the midst of taking the car to get service, running errands, or whatever your daily activity is, you can do it peacefully.
I wish at the age of 16 to 18, when I was going through that challenging window of time in my life, that I wrote about in my best selling book, You Are Enough, that I had known that peace was 100% available to me. In truth, I have always known it, but let’s just say I took a detour.
Today, remember that the majority of the world doesn’t even know that peace is an option. Meditation is the fine art of chilling out. In meditation, you are going to sit still, you are going to do nothing and after a while you will recognize the value of peace and the precious gift you are offering yourself through accessing calm. Meditation isn’t about getting somewhere, it’s about being where you are.
Resting in the awareness of your breath transforms your life into a living meditation.

Seeing Clearly Now
You came from infinite love. You are infinite love. You will return to infinite love. The only flaw is believing that you are flawed. If you came from infinite love, and you are infinite love and you are going to return to infinite love, then how can anything be wrong with you? What that means is that you have taken on the lenses of perception of other people.
You are viewing yourself through the lens of your ex-husband and ex-wives. You’re viewing yourself through the lens of people who didn’t believe in themselves and didn’t love themselves. You are viewing yourself through the lens of your mother, your father, your family. You’re viewing yourself with a lens that has a prescription, aka programming, instead of seeing yourself through the lens that is love.
My Grandmother saw me through the lens of love. This is why no matter what I have gone through in my life, and no matter how much reality tried to, in some shape or form, erode away at that confidence or self esteem or self belief, it never could.
It’s time for you, my beloved brothers and sisters to let go of the notion that you are flawed. And that somebody in this world has something that you don’t already have. You are everything. EVERYTHING. And, you always have been.
It’s time to get rid of the prescription of your glasses, not even change it, but let’s just throw the glasses away. With the glasses, you are not seeing yourself clearly. You came from infinite love. You are Infinite love, and you will return to infinite love. The only flaw is believing you are flawed.
Simply rest in the awareness of each breath, and welcome everything there is to feel. Resist nothing. Embrace and accept everything.

The Purpose Of Your LIfe
I don’t know about you, but at some point, and it’s taken me 42 years, you finally have to get to a point where you recognize that being yourself is where it’s at. In every area of life and living, when you try to live up to other people’s expectations or other people’s requirements, you start to suffer.
If you have to compromise who you are to be in your relationship, then it’s time to declare peace and step away. It’s time to no longer perpetuate pretense, or play roles or in some way edit who you are. If this is true at work, and you are getting hit with the “if only, blah, blah, blah, you could, blah, blah blah,” it’s time to recognize that this is a dynamic where you’re not being valued for yourself, where you’re not allowed to bring the totality of your being into full expression – the purpose of your life.
The purpose of your life is to bring the totality of your being into expression, to play every note on the piano. Not just the notes that people like, or that sound melodic, but every single note on the piano so fully and so freely, that you activate a level of aliveness within you that you didn’t even know existed.
When you get to a place where you are comfortable in your own skin, you know who you are, you have an appreciation for who you are, and you recognize the fleeting nature of this finite experience, you begin to relax into expressing who you really have come here to be, what you’ve really come here to share. That’s where your freedom comes from.
Your freedom comes from completely embracing your design and allowing your soul to shine through that design in its perfection. What other people deem to be imperfect is perfect for you. When you allow the light of your soul to shine through, the perfection that you are that is specifically created for a purpose, specifically created to bring something forth into this world, you are free.
You are not broken, you do not need to be fixed or improved. You are here because you are awesome and it’s time for you to remember how awesome you are. Certain things inside of you that you have been conditioned to believe aren’t awesome, like your heightened emotions, rage, anxiety and grief. You have been told, programmed and conditioned that these emotions are not awesome. You need to know that they are. They are just energy in motion.
The more you can breathe, relax and welcome your emotions, the more they begin and end inside of you. Embrace the discomfort of egoic existence. Observe yourself without judgement and this way, you will end the cycle of reactivity and you will be able to express your full potential in every moment and you stop invalidating yourself from receiving all that you deserve to have.

Infuse the world with your love.
The more we are here everyday, the more I know how divinely orchestrated all of this really is. I may sound like a broken record because I am continually reinforcing certain messages that have not been heard or have not been allowed to land.
I love you. I don’t just love the parts of you that you put on display. I love the parts that you have an aversion to or that you resist. My loving you, at some point, has to translate into your ability to cultivate an inclusive relationship with yourself.
You have been falsely led to believe that there are certain aspects of you that are wrong or bad. And, as a result, you have invalidated yourself from receiving. When I wrote the book You Are Enough, I didn’t write it purely as a self-help book, I wrote it as a way for humanity to get itself out of every impending challenging scenario and situation that I knew we were about to face.
Every system and structure in the world is based in scarcity, fear, and lack. Waking up to who we are, being able to receive the love that we share so freely, is so important now. At some point we need to be able to love ourselves, and not just the parts that we have been conditioned to believe are good, or aligned, or high vibrational, but, loving the totality of who we are. This is what sets us free. In the end, everything dissolves into love.
I’ve been working with people from around the world, for over 21 years of my life, and I have seen a direct correlation between an individual’s ability to receive love and love themselves, and to the degree to which every area of their life actually works. Even our spiritual exploration, all these amazing experiences we are having, these transcendent mystical experiences, are nothing more than avenues through which we increase our ability to love others.
The more you evolve into Oneness, the more you love inclusively. When you look at the final result, the final output of your meditation, your spiritual practice, your evolution, or just committing to be a loving, wonderful human being, the end output is the ability to infuse the world with your love, and the ability to allow the world to infuse you with it’s love. We, for some reason, struggle with the latter.
I would like to support you in opening your hearts to receive all that you are. To receive the love that is always available to you. To be freed of anywhere within you where you feel like you’re not good enough, that you’re not deserving, where in some shape or form you have invalidated yourself from receiving that which you truly are – love.
Being willing to rest in the awareness of your breath, to be still, to observe yourself without judgement is everything.

Remembering Why We Are Here
Have you ever wondered why you’re here? Have you ever questioned the nature of existence and what the purpose of all this really is? I have. And here’s what I have discovered; I chose to be here to have an experience. And, I didn’t just choose to be here to have a particular, singular experience, I chose to be here to have the entire experience to be a human being.
The more I remember this truth, the more I am able to breathe, relax and withdraw my energy, attention, and focus away from the world. I am recognizing that who I am, as I am, doesn’t need to be fixed. Who I am, as I am, doesn’t need to be improved. Who I am, as I am, doesn’t need to be healed. Who I am, as I am, is just a form, or function, or an activity.
I am the one witnessing and observing. The more I remember to turn my attention and my focus onto myself, and observe who I am, observe my experience, experience my experience, the more I am actually fulfilling the greater purpose of my being here; which is to experience being a human being. This is where our freedom comes from. This is where our potential is remembered.
I am experiencing. I am here to experience. Everyone and everything in my reality has gone through every single thing they’ve had to go through in order to deliver to me the experience that I asked to have as part of my experience of being a human being.
If you are new to mediation, you’re waking up to your formless nature. You’re remembering that who you are is the witness, who you are is the observer. You’re remembering a forgotten part of yourself, a forgotten part that’s always in peace, a part that is always in harmony. In fact, you will remember the part that you are so diligently trying to become.
Rest in the awareness of your breath and allow yourself to become present though observing each inhalation and exhalation. Allow yourself to connect.

Shine The Light Of Your Own Awareness
Your life is showing you where you are conscious, or it’s showing you where you are unconscious. It’s showing you where you are still in fear, and running programs and circuits that are fear-based, based in survival, or your life is showing you where you are in love and being able to meet life as presence.
Life is very binary. This whole life thing, in the experience of this whole life, isn’t really that complicated at all. The key is to recognize that life is showing you who you are and who you are not. The key is being willing to shine the light of your own awareness on yourself. When you turn the lens of your awareness on yourself, you are beginning your journey of empowerment. As long as you continue to blame people, places, situations, circumstances and things for your internal state of being, you are a victim.
Once you begin to realize that life is only showing you what you have yet to love about yourself, and that life is wanting you to reveal more of that love, you stop resisting your experience. You begin to recognize that everything is catalyzing your awakening, everything is catalyzing your remembrance. No matter what’s going on in your life, you realize it’s providing you an entry point into deeper states of love within.
In my experience with working with individuals from all over the world, I have learned that until we have resolved it within ourselves, it can never find resolution outside of us. This is the power and blessing of being conscious, being aware and being awake. This is the miracle of being able to see ourselves, being able to embrace and integrate fully who we are and to live wholeheartedly.
One of the ways we begin to cultivate this state of awareness and presence is resting in the awareness of our breath.

Transforming Your Relationship with Life
You are so powerful. You have so much potential inside of you and it’s important that you begin to transform your relationship with your life in order to uncover and reveal the light, the love, and the power that has always lived at your core.
We’re at the beginning of a 10 year window of time that’s going to disturb every survival-based energy in humanity. It’s important that we recognize that the upset, the overwhelm, and the stress that we are experiencing, isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. As empaths, and people who are sensitive, it’s important that we are empowered now to ride these waves of experience so that we are not reverting to distractions that are undermining our health, well-being, or peace of mind.
What needs to happen is the ability to meet every experience with love. Life is presenting us with upset, drama, overwhelm and stress. How do we evolve beyond that? We’ve been conditioned to not meet our lives with love and we’ve been conditioned to meet our life from a place of fear. But, we have to get to a place where we are welcoming whatever is going on inside of us lovingly. The physical sensations and stimuli that we are responding to isn’t real. None of it is real. When you remember that you can meet whatever is going on inside of you with love, it just flows through you.
Who you are is your unique expression of potential, your unique emanation of possibility. It’s time to begin to turn back inward to reconnect to the truth that you’ve come here to share, to reconnect with the light that lives inside of you and to empower you to navigate through this window of time.
Resting in the awareness of your breath, immediately returns you to harmony and provides you access to peace.

An Interconnected Tapestry
There are some days when you wake up and you begin to wonder what on earth is going on. That someday has been the last 200 plus days. If you have not at some point over the past six months woken up and consciously asked yourself what is going on, then you have been fundamentally checked out completely for one of the most unprecedented times in human history.
We are at a tipping point. We have to begin to unwind from every survival based energy we are holding on to. As long as humanity continues to be burdened by fear, guilt, shame or grief, we’re going to continue to need to have experiences in our lives that are based in survival. Our holding on to the energies of survival creates scenarios and situations that we have to survive through. At some point we have to get the interconnected, intertwined, interdependent nature of reality and we also have to be accountable and responsible for what we feel inside of ourselves.
Until we are willing to unplug from the fear, the guilt, the shame that we are holding on to inside of ourselves, nothing in the world can shift. This is just one vibrational play; a giant play of consciousness.
There are two things that are happening right now on this planet. After six months you are waking up and asking, what on earth is going on? But instead of making it about what’s going on outside of you, blaming everyone outside of you, distracting yourself from what you have to deal with within yourself, maybe you’re waking up to say what on earth is going on in the world and let me check to see what’s going on inside of me. That shift in your perception, that shift in your focus, that shift in your way of being, is how you begin to evolve. You mature and begin to move into the fullness of who we have come here to be.
As long as you continue to be distracted by what’s going on outside of you and by what’s happening in the world, you won’t turn to face what you have to within yourself. If you are waking up every morning and asking what on earth is going on, the next best conscious question is what is going on within me?
Fear, shame, guilt and grief are stopping us from actualizing our greatest potential. If there is anywhere to look, if there anything to become aware of, if there is anything to become conscious of, it is your own fear, shame, guilt and grief. You have the capacity within yourself to transform every single area of your life.
Rest in the awareness of your breath and allow yourself to become present though observing each inhalation and exhalation. Allow yourself to connect.

The Fastest Path Back to Peace
I believe that we are at this point in our lives, having to have gone through everything we have gone through, everything we have experienced, so that we can meet what is unfolding at this moment peacefully. This is why you have done everything in your life as you have done. As we are, and as we are unfolding and moving forward, expanding into who the person we have come here to be, it is important to remember we have gone through the necessary preparation required, in order to access the love, the light, the presence that lives within us.
So often, we feel like something is missing. We invalidate our journey, and we feel like we are not ready or equipped to meet life. What I want you to know is that you were born ready and equipped to meet life. This is your time. Everything that you have gone through, and everything that you have experienced has been in preparation for this very moment. Life isn’t always going to go the way you expect it to go, or the way you think it will go. As Spiritual Beings, acceptance is the fastest path back to peace.
The more you are able to flow with what is happening, to embrace what’s unfolding, and not personalize it, and not make it about you, the more you are able to meet the moment fully and completely. Life is nothing more than a series of moments, each unfolding what is meant to be. The more you’re able to remain fluid, and to not go to stress, overwhelm, upset, or panic, and just stay centered, the more you are able to see and perceive all of the possibilities and all of the miracles that are unfolding on your behalf all of the time.
Life, as we are moving forward, is an opportunity to let go of whatever it is that we believe could or should be happening. Some of us are stuck resisting the flow because we believe the flow is taking us in a direction that isn’t our highest direction. You need to know that that is impossible. You are floating down a river or stream that is guiding you through everything you need to go though to be able to express the totality of who you’ve come here to be. This is what life does.
You can’t mess it up. You can’t do it wrong, you can’t get it wrong, there’s nothing to get right. It’s just a series of experiences in the moment that are unfolding for us to move us into deeper and deeper levels of surrendering. It’s time to meet yourself with peace, with compassion, with tenderness and with gentleness and to accept life the way that it is.
Everything that is happening brings you into a deeper state of connection.

Stop Trying To Fix What Isn’t Broken
The Divine, God, Infinite Intelligence, Infinite Light and Love, cannot wait to be fully manifest in human form. You are that human. You are that being. We are here at this moment in human history to finally allow ourselves to end the opposition to ourselves at the level of our emotions, at the level of our body, at the level of our mind, and at the level of life and living.
The more we are able to come into profound acceptance and love of self, the more we open up to this universal love that we have come here to share.
You see, you’re not the problem. You never have been. It’s just that you’ve been looking for validation and approval outside of you. And, for the most part, you’ve been looking for validation, love and approval, from people who don’t validate themselves, love themselves, or approve of themselves. And herein lies the rub; in your showing up, as the totality of who you are, the message that gets reinforced externally all around you is that you are not enough, that there’s something wrong with you, that you need to be healed, that you’re broken in some way.
At some point, we need to overcome the need to be fixed, healed, and changed. At some point, we need to understand that this is a journey of integration, a journey of profound acceptance, a journey of profound self-love because you are always with you. And at some point, my beloved friend, you have to love the one you are with. And, the one you are with is YOU.
When you open up to the fullness of loving you, you begin to open up this universal love. An ocean, an infinite ocean of love begins flowing through your heart into this world. So, transformation isn’t actually hard at all. It’s just that we have made it hard because you’ve been made to jump through hoops, and you don’t need to jump through hoops. There are no hoops. There are no prerequisites. You as you are right now are loved in your entirety.
Love the one you are with, and open up to the universal love that awaits us on the other side of self-love.
