I was not raised by parents who believed in the Lord, but they whom I dearly love were vehement about teaching us manners like saying please and thank you to them and others. With people I minded my manners at least outwardly in word but not always in my selfish heart. Putting Out Fires

My dear pastor who has since gone to be with Jesus gave the sheep with which the Lord had entrusted him a wonderful nugget of wisdom for which I give the Lord the glory as I know my pastor would have done. The Lord has since helped me to deepen my understanding of this wisdom. He said the devil will try to get us to rush around putting out “fires”.
