When the dead woman’s daughter-in-law is found dead just a few days later, Jennifer’s curiosity once again places her in harm’s way as she embarks on her own unorthodox investigation of the murders.
Jennifer Shannon is an expert garage sale shopper with an eye for hidden gems and a mind for solving mysteries. At her consignment store Rags to Riches, Jennifer agrees to sell some collectible tour jackets on behalf of bass player Lita Merrill, who is about to go on the road with local country singer John Dalton. On the day of Daltons special hometown concert, Lita abruptly quits the band via a cryptic text. When she is subsequently found hung to death in her living room, the case is ruled a suicide. But Jennifer cant square that conclusion with Litas actions or demeanor. About the Author
Maya Corrigan blends her love of food and detective stories in her Five-Ingredient Mystery series set in a fictional historic town on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. The first book in the series, By Cook or by Crook, was published in 2014. It was followed by Scam Chowder in 2015, Final Fondue in 2016, and The Tell-Tale Tarte in 2017.
Before taking up a life of crime (on the page), she taught university courses in writing, detective fiction, American literature, and drama. She won the 2013 Daphne du Maurier Award for Excellence in Unpublished Mainstream Mystery / Suspense. Her short stories, written under the name of Mary Ann Corrigan, have been published in anthologies.
When not reading and writing, she enjoys theater, tennis, trivia, cooking, and crosswords. Her website features trivia about food and mysteries.

This beach sand toys set is remarkable. There are 18 pieces and it comes with a carrying bag as well. As you can tell from the pictures, I hope, several of the boys have holes in the bottom so you can easily play in the water with them. There are some shapes that have don’t for easy access to the sand and make the image. The boys love the different shapes and colors. The boys can spend hours playing with this set. Not only at the beach but they play here at home with all the toys. They like to play with the sand and dirt. I am noticing they like to use with mud pies as well.
It comes with 6*Castle Molds, 2*Shovels, 1*Bucket, 1*Rake, 1*Watering Can, 1*Sand Sifter, 1*Starfish, 1*Crab, 1*Turtle, 1*Fish, 1*Tree, 1*Car. This is great for kids to learn their colors, shapes, motor skills and be creative. A nice set to open their world to imagination.
