The female’s pal has a freebie!

Dear humans,

The female likes Bec McMaster. Bec’s books are fun. Bec and the female have something amusing in common, which makes the female like her even more. Bec is also good people.

We purr for good people.

We have done some blatant thievery of promotional content, as the female is currently mid freakout over something else. (Don’t worry, though. Everybody is okay. She’s just having a freakout. It involves a baaaaabbbbyyy, and because COVID, can’t visit the friend or the baaaabbbbyy...

2021-2024 Writing/Publication Schedule

Dear humans,

This is the notice that the female posted to facebook, now added to the website. Read carefully. Do not ask the status of any play projects, please. The answer is the same as written in the post below.

This is what is being confirmed as being worked on. After Booked for Kidnapping releases, no preorders will be set up without the book being completed. Audiobooks will be produced on a case-by-case basis, depending on how well the ebooks sell. (The ebooks pay for the audiobo...

A ‘Thank you’ Book Faire, Day 7 and some other news from the trenches.

Dear humans,

Has it been seven days already? Huh! It has been! Nifty. Before I get onto the book faire, I wanted to let you know that Booked for Kidnapping is now available for preorder at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Apple, and Kobo. While Google Play will be getting distribution, books will not be loaded into that system until release day. We’re sorry about that. Google Play doesn’t play nice, and it’s less stressful on the female to only have to deal with it once, when publishing post release.

A ‘Thank you’ Book Faire, Day 6.

Dear humans,

It is Monday. We aren’t so sure about this whole Monday nonsense. The female harvested her one teeny tiny honey rock. She ate it. She was very happy, for it was juicy and delicious.

Tiny but fierce, y’all. Tiny by fierce.

Note: Honey rocks are found in Grave Humor, and before she grew her own, the female had never had one. Tasting it confirmed it. The regular ‘cantaloupes’ in the grocery store only wish they were honey rocks.

Amusingly, this was heard in the Blain Ho...

2021 Writing Productivity Spreadsheet

Dear humans,

The female has created an updated 2021 Writing Productivity Spreadsheet. This is the thing she uses to help manage her projects and keeps her on track. If you’re an author, please enjoy and make use of this. You can access it here.

If you like it, you can toss pennies in the female’s jar by buying some of her books. There are links on the project master list page within the spreadsheet.

We understand people will take this, make adjustments, etc. We’re just sharing what ...

A ‘Thank you’ Book Faire, Day 5 plus a release date and news regarding Booked for Kidnapping.

Dear humans,

We are pleased to announce the next Vigilante Magical Librarians book will be titled Booked for Kidnapping, and it will be available at all major retailers for $5.99 on September 7, 2021.

You can preorder now at Amazon. Other vendors will be available soon. (Within the next 72 hours.)

Before there is any panic that this is a preorder, the female felt it necessary to make sure her extended vacation (taken between May 2021 and August 2021) actually comes to an end. Basic...

A ‘Thank you’ Book Faire, Day 4.

Dear humans,

The smoke is more gray than orange today. We assume this is good. We do not assume the air outside is precisely breathable, so we are avoiding the evil outdoors.

The male purchased the female the best tacos she has ever eaten in her life yesterday. This is what they looked like:

If you live in the Cupertino area, the taco truck is located on the corner of Stern and Stevens Creek Boulevard in the parking lot of the gas station next door to the 7-11, across the street fro...

A ‘Thank you’ Book Faire, Day 3.

Dear humans,

We have returned. Again. The sky is a little orange here, the air is clogged with smoke, and the female is feeling a bit murderous today. As such, we are limiting our general commentary, as nobody needs us bad mooding all over the place (even more than the female has already bad mooded all over the place today.)

So, let’s get this show on the road!

Forever Marked by Rinna Ford. (Book 4 of The Marked Series.)

Genre: Paranormal Romance.

Emelia thought claiming her cast...

A ‘Thank you’ Book Faire, Day 2.

We do really like colored smoke, humans.

Dear humans,

It is day two of the ‘thank you’ book faire! Thank you to the kind authors who took the time to share Booked for Murder and A Chip on Her Shoulder to their readers. We do really appreciate it!

As mentioned yesterday, we have not read any of the books in this faire, so please judge for yourself if you will like the book. Read the sample, see if the book appeals to you! If you have read any of the books, please feel free to slide into ...

A ‘Thank you’ Book Faire, Day 1!

Dear humans,

We like how pretty smoke can be, so we have used this picture of colored smoke.

A bunch of kind and generous humans helped share Booked for Murder and A Chip on Her Shoulder recently, so we are putting together a book faire as a thank you to those kind individuals!

Please note that unless we say otherwise, we have not read these books. (And we might be shopping right alongside you!) As such, we have not done any checks on them beyond content advisories, which were given to ...
