Why the YA Books Reading Community Drama has to Stop
Some monthsago, I was part ofa Percy Jackson roleplaying forum. It was tons of funand the roleplayers were so diverse I was overwhelmed. I was sure my experience there would beawesome. And it was, kind of.
You see, they wereall very independentand prone to… fiercely defending themselves, often byattackingand blaming each other for things that could be easily ressolved before they escalated. It happened very often. Even when I had to leave the forum, due to time issues, this continued happening...

About Writing
The Host taught me that I mustalways keep my characters doing important stuff or people get bored.
The Divergent series taught me that it’s the difficult decisions, the ones between to good choices, or two awful ones, the ones that matter, and not so much the ones between right and wrong.
The Iron Fey series showed me characters need to be as diverse as people are in real life, an...

Story: The Thief and The Warrior-Pt 1
This piece was born from a roleplay between the wonderful Reeno-Alchemist and me over at the RPRepository, featuring when our characters meet for the first time, but told from my beloved thief’s POV o.o
Disclaimer: The story has suffered from small adjustments to be adapted into a compiled piece of writing, but 99% of the dialogue is the original one and Raine Asawa belongs solely toReeno-Alchemist.

I Ship… Diaval and Aurora -Maleficent
Maleficent, the greatly awaited for 2014 movie that’s basically the Sleeping Beauty retold in the villain, Maleficen’ts POV. Some liked it, some did not. In my opinion, it was a very interesting take on the story.
I’m sure I can’t be the only one who suffered through the great disappointment of at least a hint of having our beloved raven man end up with Aurora at some point.
Geez, guys. You made Maleficent be the good one, why not also change Aurora’s possible love interest, huh?
The Hint

She’s pretending to be someone she’s not.
For two years, Dawn Garrett has been on the run from some very bad people. The small town of Goosemont, nestled deeply in the Appalachian Mountains, seems like the perfect place for a young woman to disappear.
He isn’t who he says he is.
When Jase Byrnes is working a job, he needs to blend in, and he works alone. He knows what dark creatures lurk in the shadows and prowl in the night, and it’s his duty to hunt them.
Not all is right in the picturesque tow...
