Trials Test Your Faith

“These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold.”

1 Peter 1:7 (NLT)

God has promised to “meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19 NIV). But with every promise there is a condition. God wants you to learn to trust him more so that he can meet your needs and bless your life.

You learn to trust God more by having your faith stretched by trials. The more your faith is stretched, the more God is able to bless your life. 

Yesterday, I mentioned two common trials that God uses to develop your faith so you can trust him more—the Pressure Test and People Test. Here are two more:

3. The Persistence Test
The Persistence Test answers the question: “Will you keep your commitments?” Life is about making commitments. The problem we have today is that most people are half committed to two dozen things instead of being totally committed to the one or two things in life that really matter for now and eternity. That’s a waste!

While weak people give excuses, wise people find the time and way to do what they say they will do. Do you want to be a weak person or a wise person? The Persistence Test shows what kind of character you’re developing.  

4. The Priorities Test
This is the most important test, and it asks, “Who will be first in your life?”

How do you know if God is really the first priority in your life? Ask yourself three questions: What do you think about the most? Where does your money go first? How do you spend your time? Your answers will reveal the priorities in your life. 

God has eternal rewards in store for you if you pass the Priorities Test. The Bible promises, “God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him” (James 1:12 NLT). A crown of life is a symbol of all that God wants to do in your life—all the blessings he wants to bestow on you, all the needs he wants to meet, and all the rewards he wants to give you in heaven. What a deal!

Las Reglas de la Casa del Cielo

“Hoy te he dado a elegir entre la vida y la muerte, entre bendiciones y maldiciones. Ahora pongo al cielo y a la tierra como testigos de la decisión que tomes. ¡Ay, si eligieras la vida, para que tú y tus descendientes puedan vivir!”. Deuteronomio 30:19 (NTV)

Las personas preguntan todo el tiempo: “¿Cómo podría un Dios amoroso enviar personas al infierno?”

Supongamos que eres adicto a las drogas y vives en la calle. Tu vida se está desmoronando debido a la adicción y no tienes un hogar ni un lugar para comer o bañarte.

Entonces alguien viene y te dice: “Déjame ayudarte. Te llevaré a mi casa y te ayudaré a asearte y te daré una nueva muda de ropa y una buena comida. Y puedes vivir en mi casa. Puedes convertirte en parte de mi familia. De hecho, te voy a adoptar. ¡Puedes tomar mi nombre! Voy a pagar todas tus deudas. Incluso puedes tener mi tarjeta de crédito y acceder a todos los recursos de mi familia. No tienes que ganártelo o trabajar para ello. Estoy haciendo esto simplemente porque te amo y quiero mostrarte gracia.

Sin embargo, si vives en mi casa como parte de mi familia, hay algunas reglas de la casa que debes seguir. Nos respetamos y ayudamos con las responsabilidades de la casa. Y no consumimos drogas en esta casa”.

¿Es razonable esperar que cumplas con las reglas de la casa de la familia? Por supuesto. Si están extendiendo una oferta como esa, lo menos que pueden esperar es que respondas a la gracia mostrando respeto.

Puedes elegir decir: “Gracias, pero voy a elegir vivir en la calle porque no quiero alejarme de las drogas. No estoy dispuesto a renunciar a eso para ser parte de tu familia”.

Si rechazas la oferta, la culpa es tuya por los efectos de tu elección, no de la persona que extendió la gracia. Esa persona hizo lo amoroso de ofrecerte para ayudarte a salir de la situación. No se puede decir que estaba siendo poco amoroso.

Dios no envía personas al infierno. Las personas eligen ir allí.

Cuando eliges seguir a Jesús, solo hay una regla de la casa: Jesús ya pagó tu boleto al cielo. ¡Él ya te ha perdonado! Todo lo que tienes que hacer es aceptarlo.

Si quieres hacer lo tuyo y rechazar la oferta de gracia de Dios, entonces no puedes decir que Él no está siendo amoroso. Estás eligiendo arruinar tu vida.

Dios tiene el derecho de hacer las reglas de la casa para su hogar en el cielo. La elección de seguir depende de ti.

Reflexiona sobre esto:

¿Crees que Dios tiene el derecho de hacer las reglas sobre quién entra al cielo? ¿Por qué o por qué no?¿Cómo demuestra que Dios te ama el hecho de que elijas dónde pasar la eternidad?¿Por qué hay libertad en entregar tu vida a Jesús?

 

Dios Quiere Pasar la Eternidad Contigo

Aunque Dios quiere pasar la Eternidad contigo, tu pecado te separa de Él y no hay nada que puedas hacer para arreglar las cosas. Así que necesitas a alguien que te salve de tus pecados y te haga aceptable a Dios.

Por eso Dios envió a Jesús. La muerte de Jesús en la cruz pagó por cada mal que has hecho o harás. Jesús hizo posible que tengas una relación con Dios Padre. La Biblia dice: “Dios nos hace justos a sus ojos cuando ponemos nuestra fe en Jesucristo. Y eso es verdad para todo el que cree, sea quien fuere” Romanos 3:22 (NTV).

Puedes comenzar tu viaje con Jesús creyendo en Él y confesando tus pecados. Si estás listo para entregar tu vida a Jesucristo, comienza con esta sencilla oración: “Querido Dios, sé que soy un pecador y te pido perdón. Creo que Jesucristo es tu Hijo. Creo que murió por mis pecados y que Tú lo resucitaste. Quiero confiar en Él como mi Salvador y seguirlo como Señor a partir de este día. Guía mi vida y ayúdame a hacer tu voluntad. En el nombre de Jesús oro. Amén”.

Your Faith Is Being Tested

“These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold.”

1 Peter 1:7 (NLT)

The Bible repeatedly says that God has promised to meet your needs: “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19 NIV).

But the Bible also tells us that with every promise there is a condition. One of the conditions for God’s promise to meet your needs is that you have to trust him. The more you trust God, the more God is able to meet your needs.

So how can you learn to trust God more? You don’t get faith by sitting in a Bible study group or just talking about it. Faith is like a muscle; it develops by being used. The more you use your faith, the more it gets stretched. And the more it gets stretched, the more God is able to bless your life. 

Sometimes God creates circumstances—trials—to stretch our faith: “These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold” (1 Peter 1:7 NLT).

There are four trials—or tests—that God often uses to test our faith. Chances are, you’re in one of these tests right now. When you go through one of these trials, you can know that it is an opportunity for you to develop your faith so you can trust God more. I’ll talk about the first two kinds of tests today and the next two tomorrow.

1. The Pressure Test
The pressure test asks, “How will you handle stress?” Will you depend on yourself, or will you depend on God? Psalm 50:15 says, “Call on me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honor me” (NIV). When you’re in trouble, do you turn to God or to other things?

2. The People Test
God often uses people to test and stretch and develop your faith. This test asks, “How will you handle disappointment?” Life is often disappointing. Careers and marriages don’t turn out the way we planned them. But the most disappointing thing in life is people. People disappoint us when we expect them to meet a need that only God himself can meet. In other words, the people in your life aren’t actually your problem. The problem is your response to those people. People also aren’t the answer to your problem. The answer is God. When you expect other people to be your savior, you’re setting yourself up for disappointment. 

Jeremiah 17:7 says, “Blessed are those who trust in the LORD and have made the LORD their hope and confidence” (NLT). What happens if you trust in the Lord? Look at God’s promise in Isaiah 49:23: “Those who hope in me will not be disappointed” (NIV).

¿Por qué Preocuparse por el Infierno?

“Dios lo hizo todo hermoso para el momento apropiado. Él sembró la eternidad en el corazón humano”. Eclesiastés 3:11a (NTV)

El cielo y el infierno son reales. Dios quiere que entiendas esta realidad eterna y todas las realidades de la vida que se encuentran en su Palabra, la Biblia.

La primera realidad de la vida es que Dios te hizo para amarte y quiere que aprendas a amarlo a Él. El Gran Mandamiento dice: “Ama al Señor tu Dios con todo tu corazón, con toda tu alma y con toda tu mente” Mateo 22:37 (NVI).

La segunda realidad de la vida es esta: fuiste hecho para durar para siempre. Eclesiastés 3:11a dice: “Él sembró la eternidad en el corazón humano” (NTV). No importa cuán buenas sean las cosas en este planeta, en algún momento de tu vida pensarás: “Tiene que haber más que esto”.

¡Y ahí está! Vas a pasar mucho más tiempo del otro lado de la muerte que de este lado. Esta vida es preparación para tu vida en la eternidad.

Por eso, tienes la tercera realidad de la vida: Dios ha preparado dos lugares eternos, el cielo y el infierno.

Dios ha estado preparando el cielo desde la fundación del mundo. Jesús dice en Mateo 25:34: “Vengan, ustedes, que son benditos de mi Padre, hereden el reino preparado para ustedes desde la creación del mundo” (NTV). No tienes que quedarte para siempre en un planeta quebrantado por el pecado. Puedes elegir ir a un lugar de perfección y estar en la presencia de Dios para siempre.

Pero el infierno también es un lugar real. Jesús continúa diciendo: “Luego el Rey se dirigirá a los de la izquierda y dirá: “¡Fuera de aquí, ustedes, los malditos, al fuego eterno preparado para el diablo y sus demonios!” Mateo 25:41 (NTV). El infierno fue preparado para el diablo y sus ángeles, que se rebelaron contra Dios. Pero ahora es una realidad para cualquiera que decida rebelarse contra Dios.

Pasaremos los próximos días hablando de la realidad del infierno, no porque quiera que estés asustado y deprimido.

Quiero que entiendas la verdad sobre el infierno para que puedas abrazar por completo la cuarta realidad de la vida: puedes elegir dónde pasarás la eternidad.

Deuteronomio 30:19 dice: “Hoy te he dado a elegir entre la vida y la muerte, entre bendiciones y maldiciones. Ahora pongo al cielo y a la tierra como testigos de la decisión que tomes. ¡Ay, si eligieras la vida, para que tú y tus descendientes puedan vivir!” (NTV).

Dios quiere que elijas la vida y que pases la eternidad con Él. Ha abierto la puerta al cielo a través de su hijo, Jesucristo. Jesús prometió: “El que crea y sea bautizado será salvo, pero el que se niegue a creer, será condenado” Marcos 16:16 (NTV).

Cuando eliges creer en Jesús, tienes garantizada la vida eterna con Dios en el cielo. ¡Qué promesa!

Reflexiona sobre esto:

¿Por qué crees que Dios te da la opción de amarlo o no?¿De qué manera el comprender la realidad del infierno te ayuda a comprender mejor el amor de Dios?¿De qué manera te está preparando Dios ahora para la eternidad?

Puedes confiar en la promesa de Dios

Tu pecado te separa de Dios, y no hay nada que puedas hacer para arreglar las cosas. Así que necesitas a alguien que te salve de tus pecados y te haga aceptable a Dios.

Accept What Cannot Be Changed

“I have learned how to be content with whatever I have. I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything. I have learned the secret of living in every situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little. For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.”

Philippians 4:11-13 (NLT)

Worrying about what cannot be changed won’t give you peace. Becoming resentful or bitter about what cannot be changed will not give you peace. Feeling guilty about things that cannot be changed will not give you peace.

Only one thing brings peace about the things that cannot be changed—accepting those things.

When Paul wrote the book of Philippians, he was in prison in Rome, awaiting execution. He wrote, “I have learned how to be content with whatever I have. I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything. I have learned the secret of living in every situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little. For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength” (Philippians 4:11-13 NLT).

Paul probably wanted to change his circumstances, and he could have lashed out at God and questioned what was happening to him. Instead, he trusted God for the things that he could not change and chose to give God the glory.

I can tell you one thing that keeps us tense and nervous and stressed out in difficult circumstances: our demand for an explanation. When something goes wrong, we say, “Why is this happening, God? Why did you allow this?”

Here are three things you need to understand:

First, God doesn’t owe you an explanation for anything. God is good, just, and fair, and he understands things that you don’t. You need to just say, “Okay.”

Second, even if he did explain why things happen the way they do, you probably still wouldn’t understand. You cannot comprehend the ways of God.

Third, explanations never bring peace anyway; explanations never satisfy.

What does comfort you is the presence of God in your life—not God’s explanations but his care and concern and comfort.

Stop looking for something that you really don’t need, and stop trying to change things that are out of your control. Then you will have peace.

Cinco Realidades Espirituales que Debes Comprender

“Así que no miramos las dificultades que ahora vemos; en cambio, fijamos nuestra vista en cosas que no pueden verse. Pues las cosas que ahora podemos ver pronto se habrán ido, pero las cosas que no podemos ver permanecerán para siempre”. 2 Corintios 4:18 (NTV)

Todo lo que ves a tu alrededor es temporal. Es lo que no puedes ver lo que durará para siempre.

La verdad es que las realidades espirituales son tan reales como las realidades físicas. Y necesitas enfocarte en las espirituales porque son parte de la realidad. Aquí hay cinco realidades espirituales que necesitas entender:

Dios te hizo para amarte. Jeremías 31:3 dice: “Con amor eterno te he amado” (NVI). Dios te creó para amarte, y quiere que aprendas a amarlo de vuelta. Esta es la realidad más importante de la vida.

Fuiste hecho para durar para siempre. La Biblia dice: “Dios hizo todo hermoso en su tiempo, luego puso en la mente humana la noción de eternidad, aun cuando el hombre no alcanza a comprender la obra que Dios realiza de principio a fin” Eclesiastés 3:11 (NVI). El evangelista Billy Graham habló de la muerte de esta manera: “Algún día leerás o escucharás que Billy Graham está muerto. No creas una palabra de eso. Estaré más vivo de lo que estoy ahora. Simplemente habré cambiado mi dirección, habré ido a la presencia de Dios”. Él está en la presencia de Dios ahora.

Dios ha preparado dos lugares eternos. Tanto el cielo como el infierno son lugares reales y literales. No son solo “estados del ser”.

Puedes elegir dónde pasarás la eternidad. No te encontrarás accidentalmente en el infierno algún día. Estarás allí debido a una elección que hiciste. Si eliges hacer de Jesús el jefe de tu vida, pasarás la eternidad con él en el cielo. Si eliges rechazarlo, pasará para siempre en el infierno. No hay otra opción.

No tienes segundas oportunidades para hacer tu elección. Tu elección tiene un límite de tiempo. Tienes toda tu vida para tomar la decisión sobre dónde pasarás la eternidad, pero no puedes cambiar de opinión después de la muerte.

Lo que hagas con estas cinco verdades afectará tu destino eterno y transformará tu forma de vivir de este lado de la eternidad.

La vida en la Tierra siempre es incierta, así que, si aún no has elegido a Jesús, adelante, hazlo hoy.

Si estás listo para entregar tu vida a Jesús, entonces haz esta oración:

“Querido Jesús, me has prometido que, si creo en ti, todo lo que he hecho mal será perdonado, aprenderé el propósito de mi vida y algún día me aceptarás en tu hogar eterno en el cielo.

Confieso mi pecado, y creo que tú eres Dios, mi Salvador. Te recibo en mi vida como mi Señor. Hoy, entrego cada parte de mi vida a tu voluntad. Tienes derecho a tomar las decisiones en mi vida.

Jesús, quiero descansar en tu amor. Gracias porque no tengo que ganármelo, merecerlo o trabajar para ello. Quiero usar el resto de mi vida para servirte en lugar de servirme a mí mismo. Humildemente te entrego mi vida y te pido que me salves y me aceptes en tu familia. En el nombre de Jesús oro. Amén.

How Do You Get God’s Peace?

“I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.”

John 14:27 (NLT)

God has promised to give you peace of mind. In fact, one of God’s names is Jehovah Shalom, which means, “I am the God of peace.”

Finding peace is one of our deepest needs. God has promised peace of mind, so if you don’t have it, you should ask why. Here are three things that may be robbing you of peace:

You lose your peace when circumstances are uncontrollable. Much of life is beyond our control. We sit in gridlocked traffic and miss an important event. A couple keeps trying desperately—but unsuccessfully—to have a baby. Someone loses their job unexpectedly and wonders how they will provide for their family. When these things—big or small—happen, we get frustrated and lose our peace of mind.

You lose your peace when people are unchangeable. The quickest way to lose your cool is to try to change somebody else. Most people are just not going to change in the ways you want them to. But even when we know it won’t work, we still try to do it! And it keeps us from being peaceful.

You lose your peace when problems are unexplainable. We know life isn’t fair. Things don’t always turn out right. And when we don’t know why, we get anxious, nervous, and stressed.

Accepting God’s peace doesn’t mean your life will be problem-free. It means that even when your world seems to be falling apart, you will be able to think clearly and sleep peacefully.

How do you get God’s peace in your life? God’s peace is not something you work for or beg for. It’s a gift you receive by faith. Jesus promised, “I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid” (John 14:27 NLT).

Turn to God in prayer. Tell him what’s on your mind. Focus on his goodness. And his peace that passes understanding will fill your heart and mind.

Talk It Over

What uncontrollable circumstances have stolen your peace lately?
How does God use problems to draw you closer to him and help you grow spiritually?

Have you made peace with God?

Your sins separate you from God. And it is only God’s grace that allows you back into a right relationship with him.

The Bible says, “It is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast” (Ephesians 2:8-9 NIV).

If you’re ready to make peace with your Creator, then pray this prayer:

“Dear God, I don’t want my sin to separate me from you any longer. You have promised that if I believe in you, everything I’ve ever done wrong will be forgiven, I will learn the purpose of my life, and you will accept me into your eternal home in heaven one day.

“You have promised that if I confess my sin and trust in Jesus, I will be saved. I believe you when you say salvation comes by grace, through faith in Jesus, and not by anything I do. Jesus, I receive you into my life as my Lord. Today, I’m turning over every part of my life to your management.

“I want to live the way you created me to live and use the rest of my life to serve you instead of serving myself. I commit my life to you and ask you to save me and accept me into your family. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.”

Dios te Dirá qué Decir

“Pues Dios no nos ha dado un espíritu de temor y timidez sino de poder, amor y autodisciplina. Así que nunca te avergüences de contarles a otros acerca de nuestro Señor, ni te avergüences de mí, aun cuando estoy preso por él. En los últimos días, hemos analizado algunas de las razones por las que puedes tener confianza al compartir tu fe. Recuerda, no tienes que saber todas las respuestas, porque Jesús si las sabe.

Y tienes que aprender a ser un buen oyente para que puedas encontrar la llave del corazón de alguien y llevarlo a Jesús.

Aquí hay algo más que debes recordar: no estás solo cuando compartes tu esperanza en Cristo. Dios está contigo. Y su Espíritu está obrando en el corazón de esa otra persona mientras hablas.

La Biblia dice: “Pues Dios no nos ha dado un espíritu de temor y timidez sino de poder, amor y autodisciplina. Así que nunca te avergüences de contarles a otros acerca de nuestro Señor, ni te avergüences de mí, aun cuando estoy preso por él. Con las fuerzas que Dios te da prepárate para sufrir conmigo a causa de la Buena Noticia” 2 Timoteo 1:7-8 (NTV).

Nunca tendrás miedo de hablarles a otros acerca del Señor cuando te des cuenta del poder del Espíritu Santo y de la verdad de Dios que están en ti. ¡Eso debería darte mucha confianza!

Otro pasaje de la Biblia para ayudarte a compartir tu fe es Lucas 21:13-15: “Pero esa será una oportunidad para que ustedes les hablen de mí. Así que no se preocupen de antemano por cómo contestarán los cargos en su contra, porque yo les daré las palabras apropiadas y tal sabiduría que ninguno de sus adversarios podrá responderles o refutarlos” (NTV).

Es común tener miedo de antemano. Piensas: “No sé qué decirle a esa persona en la oficina, en la cancha de fútbol o en mi barrio”. Pero Dios te dice: “Te diré qué decir cuando lo necesites”.

¡Qué maravillosa promesa! Es posible que no te sientas listo o equipado para compartir el Evangelio, pero la verdad es que tienes todo lo que necesitas en la presencia y el poder de Dios en ti.

Reflexiona sobre esto:

Describe un momento en el que sentiste el poder de Dios trabajando dentro de ti mientras compartiste el amor de Dios con alguien.¿A quién en tu vida admiras como alguien que no tiene miedo de compartir su fe?¿Cómo te verías diferente la próxima semana si estuvieras constantemente consciente de la presencia del Espíritu Santo en tu vida?Si todavía no has confiado en Jesús y no te has comprometido a seguirlo, ¿por qué esperar más? Obedience Is the Secret to Joy

“Let us test and examine our ways. Let us turn back to the LORD.”

Lamentations 3:40 (NLT)

Joy is an easy thing to lose, but it’s also an easy thing to get back.

Have you lost your joy? First, you need to admit to yourself that you’ve lost it. And then you need to analyze the cause. Look at your life and ask yourself, “How did I lose my joy? What has robbed me of my joy?”

The Bible says over and over again that we should examine our lives. Lamentations 3:40 says, “Let us test and examine our ways. Let us turn back to the LORD” (NLT).

There are hundreds of killjoys, but the two most common I see in people’s lives are an unbalanced schedule and unused talent. You have to have a balance between rest and work, between input and output. And you have to use your unique, God-given talents, or you’re going to get frustrated.

That doesn’t mean that you have to find work that requires all of your talents. You can take whatever percent of your talent that’s not being used in your job and use it for ministry. (But if you’re in a job that uses less than 25 percent of your talent, start looking for another job that lets your gifts shine!)

There’s one thing that will rob your joy faster than anything else. Do you know what it is? It’s when you know the right thing to do and you don’t do it. The Bible says in James 4:17, “It is sin to know what you ought to do and then not do it” (NLT).

If this is why you’ve lost your joy, you need to correct what’s wrong in your life.

Let me ask you: What do you know you need to be doing that you’re not? What has God told you to do that you haven’t started doing yet?

The secret to continual, abundant, and overflowing joy is obedience. It’s doing what God tells you to do. Every time you do what God tells you to do, your life’s going to be filled with joy.

You’re also going to be filled with joy when you think about what’s good in your life. David said in Psalm 126:3, “The LORD has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy” (NIV). The more you focus on what God has done for you, the more joy you’re going to have in your life. Why? Because focusing on your gifts from God produces gratitude. And the attitude of gratitude is the healthiest human emotion.

If you want to get your joy back, first admit it’s gone, and then analyze the cause. Then correct what’s wrong, and get an attitude of gratitude.

Cómo Escuchar Cambia Vidas

“Aunque el buen consejo esté en lo profundo del corazón, la persona con entendimiento lo extraerá ”. Proverbios 20:5 (NTV)

Hemos estado buscando en los últimos días las cosas que pueden darte confianza para compartir la esperanza que tienes en Jesús. El generador de confianza de hoy es este: puedes ayudar a llevar a alguien a Jesús si solo escuchas la llave de su corazón.

¿Cuál es la llave del corazón de alguien? Es su dolor oculto o necesidad insatisfecha.

Todos tenemos secretos en nuestras vidas, cosas que no queremos que otras personas sepan. “Pues todos hemos pecado; nadie puede alcanzar la meta gloriosa establecida por Dios” Romanos 3:23 (NTV). Pero cuando eres capaz de discernir las luchas de una persona al escuchar su corazón, acabas de descubrir cómo guiarlos a Jesús.

La Biblia dice: “Aunque el buen consejo esté en lo profundo del corazón, la persona con entendimiento lo extraerá” Proverbios 20:5 (NTV).

Ten en cuenta que solo hay un camino a Dios el Padre, y ese es a través de Jesucristo. Jesús dijo: “Yo soy el camino, la verdad y la vida; nadie puede ir al Padre si no es por medio de mí” Juan 14:6 (NTV). Pero hay muchas razones por las que las personas vienen a Jesús.

Algunas personas vienen a Jesús por un milagro o para que les responda una pregunta. Algunos vienen a Jesús por soledad, culpa o miedo. Otros están buscando un propósito en la vida. Aún otros están en medio de una crisis familiar o financiera.

Hay mil razones diferentes por las que las personas se sienten atraídas por Dios. El estrés, el dolor y el sufrimiento siempre tienen una forma de llamar su atención.

Cualquiera que sea la razón, no desperdicies ninguna oportunidad de mostrarle a las personas que todas sus respuestas y anhelos se encuentran y se cumplen en Jesús.

Si deseas alcanzar a una persona en particular para el Señor, encuentra la llave de su corazón abriendo una conversación con ella que le cambie la vida.

¿Es fácil para ti escuchar a los demás—escuchar de verdad—? ¿Qué paso puedes tomar hoy para mejorar tus habilidades de escucha?¿Qué herida oculta o necesidad insatisfecha te ha acercado más a Dios?Piensa en una persona en tu vida que no conoce a Jesús.
