Where to Find Real Wisdom

“Don't fool yourself. Don't think that you can be wise merely by being up-to-date with the times.”

1 Corinthians 3:18 (The Message)

When you confuse being current with being wise, you deceive yourself.

Being well versed in all of the current news and gossip while being ignorant of the eternal truth of God’s Word is unwise. Spending more time watching the news than reading and studying the Good News is a problem. Thinking you know it all because you can quote the lyrics of the latest hit song, the most recent sports statistic, the stock market prices, or the latest political news is foolish. You’re not as smart as you think you are!

You’ll only get wisdom from God’s Word, the Bible.

Many Christians need to spend less time on Facebook and more time getting their face into God’s book of wisdom. God says, “Don’t fool yourself. Don’t think that you can be wise merely by being up-to-date with the times” (1 Corinthians 3:18 The Message).

You may have the world at your fingertips, every bit of information a click away. But that doesn’t make you wise. There’s a lot of wrong information out there and news that you can’t accept without fact-checking first.

Even if you have all of the correct information in the world about something, that doesn’t mean you’re going to do the right thing with that information.

The only way to be wise is to walk with God. And to walk with God, you need to spend time reading and studying the Bible. There are no shortcuts to wisdom!

Ask God to give you a desire for his wisdom over any worldly wisdom. When you live in light of what he reveals to you in his Word, you won’t need to know everything in the world. You won’t need to be right all the time.

You’ll just want to know more of God and his love, because it is the only thing that will satisfy.

La Meta de Dios es tu Carácter, no tu Comodidad

“Por eso, ya no vivan ni se conduzcan como antes, cuando los malos deseos dirigían su manera de vivir. Ustedes deben cambiar completamente su manera de pensar, y ser honestos y santos de verdad, como corresponde a personas que Dios ha vuelto a crear, para ser como él”.  Efesios 4:22-24 (TLA)

Muchas religiones y filosofías de la Nueva Era promueven la vieja mentira de que somos divinos o podemos convertirnos en dioses. Permítanme ser absolutamente claro: nunca te convertirás en Dios o serás un dios.

Esta arrogante mentira es la tentación más antigua de Satanás. Satanás le prometió a Adán y Eva que si seguían su consejo, serían “como dioses” (Génesis 3:5).

Este deseo de ser un dios aparece cada vez que tratamos de controlar nuestras circunstancias, nuestro futuro y la gente que nos rodea. Pero como criaturas, nunca seremos el Creador. Dios no quiere que te conviertas en un dios; Él quiere que seamos creyentes sabios, asumiendo Sus valores, actitudes y carácter. Estamos destinados, “Por eso, ya no vivan ni se conduzcan como antes, cuando los malos deseos dirigían su manera de vivir. Ustedes deben cambiar completamente su manera de pensar, y ser honestos y santos de verdad, como corresponde a personas que Dios ha vuelto a crear, para ser como él” Efesios 4:22-24 (TLA).

El objetivo final de Dios para tu vida en la Tierra no es la comodidad sino el desarrollo de tu carácter. Él quiere que crezcas espiritualmente y te conviertas como Cristo. Convertirse como Cristo no significa perder tu personalidad o convertirte en un clon sin cerebro.

Dios creó tu singularidad, así que ciertamente Él no quiere destruirla. La semejanza a Cristo se trata de transformar tu carácter, no tu personalidad.

Dios quiere que desarrolles el tipo de carácter que se describe en las Bienaventuranzas de Jesús, el fruto del Espíritu, el gran capítulo de Pablo sobre el amor y la lista de Pedro de las características de una vida efectiva y productiva (Mateo 5: 1-12, Gálatas 5:22-23, 1 Corintios 13, 2 Pedro 1: 5-8).

Cada vez que te olvides de que el carácter es uno de los propósitos de Dios para tu vida, te sentirás frustrado por tus circunstancias. Te preguntarás, “¿Por qué me está sucediendo esto? ¿Por qué estoy teniendo un momento tan difícil?”  Una respuesta a esto es que la vida se supone que sea difícil. Eso es lo que nos permite crecer. Recuerda, la Tierra no es el Cielo.

Muchos cristianos interpretan mal la promesa de Jesús de la “vida abundante” (Juan 10:10) piensan que significa: salud perfecta, un estilo de vida cómoda, felicidad constante, realización plena de tus sueños y alivio inmediato de los problemas a través de la fe y la oración.

En pocas palabras, esperan que la vida cristiana sea fácil. Esperan el cielo en la Tierra.

Esta perspectiva egoísta trata a Dios como un genio que simplemente existe para servir en tu búsqueda egoísta de la realización personal. Pero Dios no es tu siervo, y si crees en la idea de que la vida se supone que sea fácil, te sentirás desilusionado o vivirás en la negación de la realidad.

¡Nunca olvides que la vida no es solo sobre ti! existes para los propósitos de Dios, no viceversa. ¿Por qué Dios proveería el cielo en la Tierra cuando planeó lo real para ti en la eternidad? Dios nos da nuestro tiempo en la Tierra para desarrollar y fortalecer nuestro carácter para el Cielo.

Reflexiona sobre esto:  

A veces es difícil ver cómo Dios está trabajando en nuestro carácter en medio de circunstancias difíciles. ¿Qué crees que Dios quiere que hagas cuando no entiendes cómo está trabajando en tu vida?¿Cómo la perspectiva eterna —enfocándote en la recompensa del Cielo – cambia tu manera de enfrentar tiempos difíciles?¿De qué manera tus dones y habilidades pueden ser más efectivos cuando están alineados con los propósitos de Dios?

What Happens When You Learn to Be Generous?

“When the LORD blesses you with riches, you have nothing to regret.”

Proverbs 10:22 (CEV)

Imagine if a father took his son to McDonald’s and bought him a large order of french fries. And, as they were driving home, the father thought, “Man, those fries smell so good.” But, when he reached over to take just one french fry, his son pushed his hand away and said, “Dad, you can’t have one. These are my fries!”

As they continued to drive along, the man thought, “Wow. First of all, my child has forgotten that I am the source of all he’s got. I brought him to McDonald’s, ordered the fries, paid for them, and handed the fries to him. The only reason he has fries is because of me!

“And my child doesn’t realize I could take those fries away if I wanted to. I could just grab the whole box and eat them myself. Or I could buy my son a truckload of french fries!

“What’s more, I don’t need his fries. If I wanted some, I could have gotten my own. But I want him to learn to be unselfish.”

When it comes to God and your finances, do you ever find yourself being like the boy with his french fries? When you feel God prompting you to use your money in a certain way, do you want to push him away and keep your money for yourself?

In the story, the dad wanted his son to understand three things that are the same lessons God wants you to learn about money. First, he wants you to know it’s not your money. You don’t really own anything; everything you think you own is on loan from God. Next, God could take your money away in an instant, or he could double it or triple it. And, lastly, what he wants most of all is for you to learn to not be selfish and be more like him.

What happens when you learn to be more generous with your money? You become less selfish—more like God—and then he will give you more because he can trust you. And it comes without shame, guilt, or regret.

“When the LORD blesses you with riches, you have nothing to regret” (Proverbs 10:22 CEV).

Learning to trust God with your money and to become more like him in the way you use your money is a lifelong process. Start making choices today that will move you toward this goal.

Para Obtener Entusiasmo, Obtenlo en Dios

“Nunca dejen de ser diligentes; antes bien, sirvan al Señor con el fervor que da el Espíritu. Alégrense en la esperanza, muestren paciencia en el sufrimiento, perseveren en la oración”.   Romanos 12:11-12 (NVI)

Para poder alcanzar tus metas, tienes que encontrar la solución para mantener tu entusiasmo durante el largo recorrido.

Ralph Waldo Emerson dijo, “No se logra nada grande sin entusiasmo”. Yo creo eso con todo mi corazón. He encontrado que es verdad en mi vida. Tienes que tener pasión, tienes que tener entusiasmo, o nunca vas a llegar al final.

La mayoría de las personas me consideran un entusiasta, y lo soy. Pero no he sido un entusiasta por una semana o un mes. Mi entusiasmo no ha disminuido en un año o cinco o diez años. He sido un entusiasta consistente acerca de las metas que me he fijado durante más de treinta años.

¿Cómo hago eso? ¿Cómo mantengo mi entusiasmo día tras día a pesar de los retrasos y las dificultades, los callejones sin salida, los problemas, las presiones y las críticas? ¿Cómo puedes mantener tu entusiasmo por más de treinta años?

El pensamiento positivo no es suficiente. Animarte a ti mismo no es suficiente. Hablarte de una forma optimista no es suficiente.

La forma en la que te mantienes entusiasta por toda la vida se encuentra en la palabra “entusiasmo”. La palabra entusiasmo viene de la frase griega en theos. En es la palabra griega para la palabra en español “en”. Theos es la palabra griega para “Dios”, así que en theos significa estar “en Dios”.

Cuando estás en Dios, serás entusiasta. Es el tipo de entusiasmo que no se ve afectado por la economía o el clima o las circunstancias. Es eterno porque tú estás anclado al Dios eterno. Estás en Cristo.

Pablo nos dice cómo hacer esto en Romanos 12:11-12, Él dice, “Nunca dejen de ser diligentes; antes bien, sirvan al Señor con el fervor que da el Espíritu. Alégrense en la esperanza, muestren paciencia en el sufrimiento, perseveren en la oración” (NVI).

Si quieres alcanzar tus metas este año, necesitas el poder de Dios. Permanece gozoso en la esperanza, paciente en la aflicción y fiel en la oración.

Haz esta oración hoy:

“Señor mi Dios, No quiero pasar otro día en mi vida sin ti, quiero que estés a cargo de cada parte de mi corazón. Te ofrezco mi cuerpo. Me dedico enteramente a ti. A la luz de todo lo que has hecho por mí, me entrego con un sacrificio vivo en un acto de adoración espiritual.

Humildemente admito que necesito ayuda. Te pido que renueves mi mente. Ayúdame a pensar de la forma en la que quieres que piense. Perdóname por mi orgullo. No quiero pensar de mí más alto de lo que debo. Mi fe necesita crecer, y yo necesito tu ayuda para fijar las metas que sean realistas y puedan ser medidas, para poder realizarlas. Perdóname por intentar cambiar por mi cuenta.

Quiero llenar mi vida con amor. Quiero llenar mi vida contigo. Ayúdame a obtener ayuda en un grupo pequeño. Ayúdame a deleitarme en honrar a las personas, a enfocarme en dar mi vida para que tu tengas cuidado de mis necesidades. Quiero nutrir mi entusiasmo al estar en ti. Ayúdame a estar gozoso en la esperanza, paciente en la aflicción y constante en la oración. Te entrego mi vida. Todo esto te lo pido en el nombre de Cristo Jesús. Amén”.

Tithe for the Past, Present, and Future

“Honor the Lord by giving him the first part of all your income, and he will fill your barns with wheat and barley and overflow your wine vats with the finest wines.”

Proverbs 3:9-10 (TLB)

Throughout Scripture, God has commanded us to give back to him the first 10 percent of everything we make. That’s called tithing.

Why does God ask you to do that? He certainly doesn’t need your money. It’s all his in the first place. He just loans it to you while you’re alive.

The Bible says you should practice the principle of putting God first in your income for three reasons: the past, present, and future.

First, tithe out of gratitude for the past. Recognize that everything you’ve ever had has been a gift from God. You wouldn’t have any of it if it weren’t for God’s generosity!

Second, tithe to keep your priorities straight in the present. Put God first in all the areas you want him to bless. Jesus said that when you seek his Kingdom first and make him your top priority, he will take care of all the other needs in your life.

Third, tithe for the future, to demonstrate trust in God. Tithing shows you believe God is going to take care of you in the future and that his promises are not lies. You believe, as you are faithful to God’s command today, God is going to be faithful to you in the future.

You know what I have a hard time understanding? Some people trust God to keep his promises to save them and take them to heaven—but they don’t trust his promise to care for them financially if they put him first by tithing. If you can’t trust God with your finances, then how in the world can you trust him for your salvation?

“Honor the Lord by giving him the first part of all your income, and he will fill your barns with wheat and barley and overflow your wine vats with the finest wines” (Proverbs 3:9-10 TLB).

Don’t give God your leftovers. When you choose instead to give him the first of everything you have, God promises to give you everything you need—and more.

Talk It Over

What are you afraid of having to give up if you are faithful to God with your tithe? Take time today to surrender your fear and grip on this thing that keeps you from obeying God.
How does keeping a budget help you be consistent in tithing?
If you trust God for your salvation, what else do you need to learn to entrust to him?

If you haven’t trusted Jesus for your salvation, why not do it today? Here’s how you start.

The Bible says Jesus laid down his life to show how much he loves you. You don’t have to earn God’s love or work your way into heaven. The Bible says, “It is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast” (Ephesians 2:8-9 NIV).

If you’re ready to step across that line and make the decision to believe in Jesus Christ and follow him, pray this prayer:

“Dear Jesus, you have promised that if I believe in you, everything I’ve ever done wrong will be forgiven, I will learn the purpose of my life, and you will accept me into your eternal home in heaven one day.

“I confess my sin, and I believe you are my Savior. You have promised that if I confess my sin and trust you, I will be saved. I trust you when you say salvation comes by grace, through faith, and not by anything I do. I receive you into my life as my Lord. Today I’m turning over every part of my life to your management. You have the right to call the shots in my life.

“I want to use the rest of my life to serve you instead of serving myself. I commit my life to you and ask you to save me and accept me into your family. In your name I pray. Amen.”

Llena tu Vida con Amor

“No finjan amar a los demás; ámenlos de verdad. Aborrezcan lo malo. Aférrense a lo bueno. Ámense unos a otros con un afecto genuino y deléitense al honrarse mutuamente”.  Romanos 12:9-10 (NTV)

Si quieres un cambio permanente en tu vida, debes llenar tu vida con amor.

El amor es lo único que puede cambiar lo incambiable. El amor revigoriza. El amor revitaliza. El amor renueva. El amor refresca. El amor es la fuerza más poderosa en el universo, porque Dios es amor. No dice, que Dios tiene amor; dice que Dios es amor. El amor cura lo que no puede ser sanado de otra manera. El amor levanta. El amor fortalece. El amor energiza. El amor empodera.

“No finjan amar a los demás; ámenlos de verdad. Aborrezcan lo malo. Aférrense a lo bueno. Ámense unos a otros con un afecto genuino y deléitense al honrarse mutuamente” Romanos 12:9-10 (NTV).

“Deléitense al honrarse mutuamente” —¡me encanta eso! ¿Sabes lo que eso significa? Significa que cuando las personas en tu grupo pequeño tienen una victoria en la salud, finanzas, o cualquier meta que se hayan fijado, necesitas celebrar con ellos. Celebrar su victoria. ¿Perdiste un kilo más? ¡felicidades! ¿Ya debes menos? ¡Fantástico! ¿Tuviste un avance en tu matrimonio? ¡estupendo! La Biblia dice que nos deléitenos en honrarnos unos a otros y demostremos un afecto genuino.

Esto es lo sorprendente: Dios ha diseñado el universo para que cuando ayudes a otras personas, Dios cuide de tus problemas. Dios está observándote no para decir: “¿te estás ayudando a ti mismo?”, sino “¿estás ayudando a otros?” ¿Quieres ayuda con tus metas? Comienza ayudando a otros con sus propósitos. Entrégate. Es sano dar a los demás.

¿Recuerdas la historia de Job cuando perdió todo? Perdió su salud, su familia, sus riquezas, lo perdió todo. Al final del libro, Dios le devolvió todo a Job. ¿Por qué? ¿Acaso porque Job pidió para sí mismo? No. Dice, “Después de haber orado Job por sus amigos, el Señor lo hizo prosperar de nuevo y le dio dos veces más de lo que antes tenía” Job 42:10 (NVI).

¿Por qué necesitas estar en un grupo pequeño? No solo porque otras personas te pueden ayudar, sino porque tú puedes ayudarles. Para que puedas orar por esas personas, y entonces Dios te ayudará. Entrégate en amor, y observa a Dios trabajar en tu vida.

Piensa en las formas en las que demuestras amor a los demás cada día. ¿Cuál es la motivación detrás de tu amor?¿Cómo el amar a otros ha resultado en bendición para tu vida?¿Quién en tu vida necesita tu amor y respaldo o necesita que celebres con él o ella hoy?

In Uncertain Times, You Need Eternal Security

“Your riches won't help you on Judgment Day; only righteousness counts then.”

Proverbs 11:4 (TLB)

What good is your money in the end?

“When the wicked die, their hope dies with them. Confidence placed in riches comes to nothing” (Proverbs 11:7 GNT). The Bible also says in Proverbs 11:4, “Your riches won’t help you on Judgment Day; only righteousness counts then” (TLB).

The only way to have security that will outlast your life is to have a relationship with Jesus Christ.

If you’re facing financial insecurity right now, you likely will be tempted to stop trusting that God will take care of you.

But the Bible is very clear when it comes to God’s provision. It tells you that God will provide—but often in ways that you don’t expect or understand. The Bible also lets you know what to do when you feel like you’re not going to have enough and when you’re tempted to hoard your resources. You need to trust in God, not in your possessions. You’ve got to be God-centered, not materialistic. And you should save—but for the right reasons.

If you’ve never opened your life to Jesus Christ, you’ll never be able to trust him with your money or make financial decisions that honor him. You don’t have the security of a relationship with God that you need in order to handle uncertain times like the ones we’re in right now. But you’re only one prayer away from knowing and trusting God with your life!

You don’t need to know what’s going to happen tomorrow. You don’t need to know what the future holds. You just need to know who holds the future! When you have a relationship with your Creator, you’ll have the security you need.

To become a Christian, simply pray this prayer in your heart: “Dear God, I want my security to be in something that cannot be taken from me. I want my security to be in my relationship with you, as I trust in your promise to never leave me. I want to claim that promise today. As much as I know how, I open my life to you, Jesus Christ. Please come in, change my priorities, my values, my purpose, and my direction. Make me the person you want me to be. I humbly ask you to do this in your name. Amen.”

El Cambio Requiere Comunidad

“Así como nuestro cuerpo tiene muchas partes y cada parte tiene una función específica, el cuerpo de Cristo también. Nosotros somos las diversas partes de un solo cuerpo y nos pertenecemos unos a otros”.   Romanos 12:4-5 (NTV)

No harás todos los cambios que: necesitas hacer, quieres hacer, desearías hacer, planeas hacer, o esperas hacer, por tu propia cuenta. Si pudieras, lo harías, pero no puedes, ¡así que no lo harás!

La Biblia dice en Romanos 12:4-5 “Así como nuestro cuerpo tiene muchas partes y cada parte tiene una función específica, el cuerpo de Cristo también. Nosotros somos las diversas partes de un solo cuerpo y nos pertenecemos unos a otros”  (NTV).

Dios diseñó el universo de tal manera, que nos necesitemos unos a otros. Yo te necesito, y tú me necesitas. La frase “unos a otros” es usada 58 veces en el nuevo testamento: amarnos unos a otros, cuidaros unos a otros, animarnos unos a otros, soportarnos unos a otros, orar unos por otros, saludarnos unos a otros, compartir unos con otros. Dios nunca quiso que fueras sólo por la vida. ¡Aún el llanero solitario tenía a Toro! No fuiste creado para ir sólo por la vida. Sin importar tu estatus marital, eso no es relevante. Necesitas una familia espiritual, y necesitas estar en una congregación.

Necesitas personas a tu alrededor, y ellos te necesitan. Nos pertenecemos mutuamente.

Hay muchos libros de auto ayuda que te dirán las cosas correctas que debes hacer, pero no te proveerán las dos cosas que la Biblia dice que debes tener: El poder de Dios y la comunión. Eso es lo que realmente necesitas para cambiar de verdad. El cambio necesita comunión.

En Saddleback, tenemos personas con todo tipo de pasado. Hablamos 65 idiomas en nuestra iglesia y tenemos miembros de diferentes religiones etnias antecedentes y nacionalidades.

Pero lo que tenemos en común es nuestro amor por Dios. Eso nos une y nos permite ayudarnos unos a los otros.

Gálatas 3:28 dice, “Ya no hay judío ni griego, esclavo ni libre, hombre ni mujer, sino que todos ustedes son uno solo en Cristo Jesús” (NVI).

¿Qué cambios quieres hacer en tu vida este año? ¿Qué metas te has fijado?
¿Cómo la ayuda de las personas más cercanas a ti te ayudará a cumplir esos propósitos?
¿Qué evita que aceptes o pidas ayuda de las demás personas?

How Much More Do You Need?

“Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, ‘Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”

Hebrews 13:5 (NIV)

Many people are feeling financial instability these days—no matter how much they have in the bank. Some are wondering, Am I going to have a job next week? What’s going to happen to the economy? Will I have enough to do the things I want to do with my life?

If you’re asking those questions, then you need to remember God’s promise in Hebrews 13:5—“Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, ‘Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you’” (NIV).

Did you see that? God’s promise to never leave you is connected to your financial future. He’s saying there’s no need for you to love money. You can be content with what you have. You don’t need to hoard your resources—because you have the assurance of God’s presence. God always sees you and always knows what you need. And because God is love, he will never forsake you, including when you are in need.

What are you trusting for your future financial security? Are you trusting in your possessions or in God’s presence?

If you have a hard time letting go of money, tithing, or being generous, then you are revealing a lack of faith. You don’t really believe God will keep his many promises to take care of you. You’re living with a scarcity mentality.

Try instead to start living with God’s promises in mind. Once you do that, you will not have to hoard because you will trust God. You will hold your resources with an open hand. This is the only way to live a purposeful life!

Talk It Over

Do you think Christians should stock up on supplies during the pandemic? Why or why not?
What are some promises from God’s Word about his presence and how he takes care of you?
How does your bank statement reveal where you put your trust? How does it show your faith that God will provide?

Trust in Jesus more than your finances.

The Bible says true security comes when you trust in God, not in your own wealth and abilities. The only way to get to heaven is by trusting in God through his Son, Jesus Christ. You don’t have to earn God’s love or work your way into heaven. The Bible says, “It is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast” (Ephesians 2:8-9 NIV).

If you haven’t trusted in Jesus and committed to following him, why wait any longer? If you’re ready to step across that line and make a decision to believe in Jesus Christ and follow him, pray this prayer:

“I confess my sin, and I believe you are my Savior. You have promised that, if I confess my sin and trust you, I will be saved. Para Saber a Dónde Vas, Evalúa dónde Estás

“Nadie tenga un concepto de sí más alto que el que debe tener, sino más bien piense de sí mismo con moderación, según la medida de fe que Dios le haya dado”.  Romanos 12:3b (NVI)

La primera y más grande barrera en cualquier área de tu vida es el orgullo.

De hecho, nadie tiene todo bajo control. Yo no tengo todo bajo control. Tú no tienes todo bajo control. El Papa no tiene todo bajo control. La Biblia dice que nada es perfecto en la Tierra excepto La Palabra de Dios. Todo en este planeta está destruido a causa del pecado.

Pero vamos por ahí tratando de impresionar a la gente y pretendiendo que tenemos todo bajo control. El problema es que, si quieres tener un cambio duradero en tu vida, primeramente, tienes que evaluar tu estado actual humildemente y admitir que no tienes todo bajo control. Tienes que admitir que tienes problemas con tus finanzas, con tu salud, y con muchas otras cosas. 

Romanos 12:3b dice, “Nadie tenga un concepto más alto de si del que debe tener, sino más bien tenga un concepto equilibrado de acuerdo con la medida de fe que Dios le haya dado” (NVI).

¿Estás dispuesto a preguntarle a las personas que te rodean: “Dónde necesito cambiar”? ¿Tienes el valor de preguntarle a otras personas que sean honestas contigo, a cerca de ti?

¿Por qué es esto tan importante? Porque sólo puedes manejar lo que mides. Si no sabes la medida de tu fe, no puedes crecer en fe. Si no sabes la media de tu salud, no puedes desarrollar y crecer en salud. Si no sabes la medida de donde estás financieramente, no puedes fijar metas financieras. Si no sabes la medida de donde te encuentras espiritualmente o vocacionalmente o en tus relaciones, no puedes crecer en esas áreas. Sólo puedes manejar lo que puedes medir.

También es muy importante registrar tu progreso sobre cualquier meta en un diario. Si vas a fijar algunas metas de salud, financieras o de cualquier otro tipo, registra tu progreso a lo largo del año para que puedas medir tu crecimiento. 

Evalúa donde te encuentras para que puedas saber hacia dónde debes de ir. 

Reflexiona sobre esto :

¿Con qué personas en tu vida puedes hablar abierta y honestamente?
¿Cuáles áreas de tu vida necesitas evaluar para que puedas fijar metas realistas para cambiar?
¿De qué formas puedes darle seguimiento a tu crecimiento y progreso?
