Empathy
Among Trump’s many virtues is his great empathy and compassion for his fellow human beings; his responsiveness to their pain and suffering as reflected in his many tweets of, “I feel your pain.”
What can touch him, reach him? There’s definitely something missing. As nurses, doctors and other hospital and health care workers risk their livers and the lives of their loved ones, all he and his Republican sycophants can think of is how to give a windfall to the Airlines, Cruises, Hotels and, dare we forget, Golf Resorts.
The rest of us know we can only feel pain and joy to the extent we have allowed ourselves to be touched by life; to have experienced the true joy of caring, nurturing and loving. Spirit Tech can help…even Trump….

Observe
Mindfulness means observing your patterns – thinking, feeling, doing. Do those ways of being work for you? Are you your patterns or something more? One Source allows, enables and supports all patterns. I now claim my (and your) oneness with that Source and release – gently – the patterns that have caused me to misidentify as a weak, powerless being unable to manifest my intentions, filled with fear, self doubt, hatred and envy.
I understand that consensus reality is just that – the consensus of human thinking separate from Source. I understand as Shakespeare understood that all the world’s a stage and the people merely players. I release my role as an ‘extra’ and claim my (and your) place as a leading player, a star among stars. There is nothing wrong with our reality as Spirit and never has been. Spirit Tech can help you claim it.

Struggle
Struggle usually makes things worse. Centering, going within and receiving guidance works better. It’s difficult to accept and do this. Yet, even fallen leaves float. So faith can hold us up. Just as fish can’t see the sea that sustains them, we can’t see the spirit that sustains us. We are supported by the greatest sea of all, the sea of grace, floating beneath the surface of events. Hollowness
“There has to be some me that isn’t my intelligence or appetites that isn’t my brain. I’m just as confused as anyone as to who that me is, where it came from, what it wants and where it’s going. That’s the voice that calls me to poems. My brain can edit and move things around. But the poems emerge from elsewhere.”
In an Islamic parable, Satan is inspecting Adam and enters him through his mouth and exits through his anus. Emerging Satan says, “This creature is hollow. All I need to do is show him all the things he can use to fill himself.”
Perhaps hollowness is the whole point of our design, that there is pure breath at our core fortified by quiet and stillness that is diminished by everything else.

Serenity
A soft and lovely word, for a soft and lovely feeling. Serenity. To me, it suggests something to be experienced as a steady state. But I only experience it for a few hours at best. How about you?
But I know it’s there, within me, to be experienced and that helps experience it. Inside/Out. Truth resides within and expresses as me. Similarly, the brain is the hardware, mind the software. Serenity is there, waiting. Spirit Tech can help. Ah…serenity….

Opening the Way
At a meeting Saturday with twelve others, I shared a POV that I thought was felt by most of those present. But no one spoke their agreement. I was hurt and frustrated. I KNOW I wasn’t alone in what I articulated. Why did the others not speak? This has happened before, in this group and others, and it’s always painful. Especially believing that bringing one’s true self to a relationship gives others the opportunity to transcend their limitations and share their true selves.
Am I casting my pearls before swine? Shall I stay in the group or leave it? What do you think?
